People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.

Super and comfortable home from home in the centre of everything.
Pros:

Fantastic location and walking distance to everything of interest in Candelaria. Rooftop pool and sauna free each day but didn’t have time to use it. Great buffet breakfast with fresh fruits and juices, cereals, cooked eggs to order and various breads.
Great view of Candelaria rooftops and domes from big windows. We booked a spacious and comfortable suite at reasonable price in Art Deco style. Staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet hotel. Hot and powerful shower/bath.

Cons:

Not that we didn’t like it but the layout is slightly weird - not much they can do about that - with rabbit warren corridors we thought we were being taken to the crypts from reception but it may have been separate buildings at one time. It’s a large hotel and caters for business, conferences, weddings, tourist groups and individuals but we hardly ever saw anyone. Some may find this off-putting but we found it nicely quirky.
We found the beds, pillows and seats to all be on the hard side.

We loved the location but not having hot water was a real disappointment.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location is excellent.

Cons:

The water was never hot enough for a shower or bath. The staff came to look at it and said it was hot but it was ever only tepid.

A very well-run hotel with excellent service and a prime location. For light sleepers, rooms facing the back of the hote
Pros:

Excellent location and very professional, attentive service throughout our stay. We traveled as a family and had two rooms booked at the same time, which worked very well. The Junior Suite was spacious and offered a fantastic view, and the hotel’s common areas were well maintained and inviting.

Cons:

The Junior Suite facing the street was affected by noticeable traffic noise, especially in the evening and at night. Our second, smaller room — which we also had during the same stay and which was located at the back of the hotel — was significantly quieter.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel
Pros:

Karakteristiek hotel, goede ligging , midden in Candeleria. Loopafstand (30 minuten) kabelbaan Monserrate, Botero museum 100 meter, Oro museum 500 meter. Alles lekker dichtbij en leuke sfeer zowel binnen als buiten.
Bedden heerlijk en zacht beddenlinnen.
