People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.

A very well-run hotel with excellent service and a prime location. For light sleepers, rooms facing the back of the hote
Pros:

Excellent location and very professional, attentive service throughout our stay. We traveled as a family and had two rooms booked at the same time, which worked very well. The Junior Suite was spacious and offered a fantastic view, and the hotel’s common areas were well maintained and inviting.

Cons:

The Junior Suite facing the street was affected by noticeable traffic noise, especially in the evening and at night. Our second, smaller room — which we also had during the same stay and which was located at the back of the hotel — was significantly quieter.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel
Pros:

Karakteristiek hotel, goede ligging , midden in Candeleria. Loopafstand (30 minuten) kabelbaan Monserrate, Botero museum 100 meter, Oro museum 500 meter. Alles lekker dichtbij en leuke sfeer zowel binnen als buiten.
Bedden heerlijk en zacht beddenlinnen.
Ontbijt ook goed

Ez a színvonal nem egy 5*-os szálloda, inkább 3* A szoba lelakott és kicsi, pedig “tágas szobát” foglaltam. A fürdőszoba penészes. A reggeli szerény. Az oké, hogy a minibár fizetős, de hogy még a fogkeféért és a fogkrémért is fizetni kell az túlzás egy 5*-os szállodában. A személyzet unott, egyáltalán nem segítőkész. Ráadásul a távozáskor a minibárból elfogyasztott 4 üveg vizet dupla áron számolták fel. Ezt a szállást nem ajánlom.

Das Frühstück ear ausgezeichnet.Es gab Brot, Schinken, Käse, Eier verschieden zubereitet, Salat, Obst, verschieden Säfte,Müsli u.s.w. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Mit Ausnahme eines Herrn an der Rezeption sprechen die Damen eigentlich nicht Englisch. Das kann man mit Google-Übersetzer überbrücken. Schlecht ist nur, dass auf der Hotelkarte ein falsches Passwort steht, das der englisch-sprechende Herr bereitwillig geändert hat. Am Tag meiner Ankunft war im Innenhof ein Fest mit lauter Musik. Weil ich von der Reise so ko war, hab ich nicht viel davon mitbekommen, aber es war schon sehr laut.

Relajante y tranquilo
Pros:

Las habitaciones y la conservación histórica del hotel me parecieron encantadoras. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, aunque los precios del menú del restaurante y del minibar fueron un poco elevados para mí. La vista, las camas, el baño y demás detalles fueron excepcionales. Además, es una experiencia muy linda poder estar tan cerca de la Plaza Bolívar, lo que permite salir a caminar y disfrutar de diferentes espacios para comer o simplemente pasear. De hecho, me pareció un lugar excelente para reuniones especiales como matrimonios. Volveré pronto!

Cons:

Me pareció bastante triste que no pudimos utilizar el servicio de piscina, sauna, spa y demás, ya que cerraban a las 5:00 p.m. por ser festivo. En nuestro caso, como locales bogotanos, solemos aprovechar los fines de semana o los días festivos para descansar en este tipo de hoteles, ya que son los únicos momentos que tenemos para relajarnos. En contraste con otros lugares, donde incluso extienden los horarios durante los festivos debido a la alta demanda, en este caso no fue así, y lamentablemente no pudimos conocer ni disfrutar de ninguno de estos servicios.
