People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.

Difficult to access and not worth the money
Pros:

The hotel is located in the historic centre with easy walking distance to the museums. The later check out time of 12:30 was good.

Cons:

The surrounding buildings are being used by the President so armed police cordon off all of the surrounding streets meaning that you can’t get near the hotel. This is particularly an issue when arriving from or departing to the airport with heavy luggage as you have to walk with it (and the altitude will get you) to/from the taxi. It’s also an issue at night when all advice says not to walk around this neighborhood as it’s not safe and therefore to take taxis. But the taxis can’t get anywhere near so you have to walk. When you get to the police, you have to try to negotiate with them in Spanish to get in and out of the hotel each time, which was difficult. The hotel didn’t warn us about this, explain it to us, or help us with it, and overall the staff on reception were not helpful or friendly in telling us where things where in the hotel. They were keen to take the payment though, which came out as €30 more than quoted on here. (I understand exchange rates can vary.)
The rooms themselves were small and the shower, whilst powerful, flooded the bathroom each time. I had a nice massage, but even this was ruined a bit by them asking for a 50,000 COP (€13) tip for a 45 min massage.
The hotel is relying on a historic charm, but it’s past its best.

A great location but not many facilities.
Pros:

Location is perfect for downtown Bogotá. Room was comfortable. Hotel is quirky.

Cons:

There is no frontal car access so you need to wait in a busy street in downtown for a taxi. I checked in at 23.20. The hotel was closed. The bar shuts early. Sound proofing does not exist and background music plays until 21.00. You can hear it on the top floor. Breakfast was limited and service was slow.

Établissement central très pratique pour visiter la ville. Beaucoup de charme avec son architecture coloniale.personnel très sympathique. Buffet du petit déjeuner varié et complet.

Cons:

Choisi pour sa piscine et son spa nous n’en avons pas profité. Arrivés à 15-00 un dimanche, repas pris au restaurant de l’hôtel avec un service un peu long, sortis à 16-30 du restaurant. Et mauvaise surprise la piscine ferme à 17-00. Et n’est pas ouverte le lundi pour cause de maintenance. Grande déception. Le descriptif de la chambre avec balcon est erroné. Chambre avec fenêtre.
