Naprostá spokojenost s ubytováním a zvláště s personálem.
Pros:

Velice se mám líbila ochota personálu, hned při příjezdu jsme na recepci obdrželi doporučení na výlety a návštěvu zajímavých míst v okolí. Stravování výborné a obsluha milá a ochotná vyhovět. Celkově velká spokojenost.

Cons:

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku, jen bazén by mohl být o trochu větší.

Pros:

Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Dobrá lokalita. Wellness sice skromnější, ale přístupné po celý den. Sauna se druhý den pokazila a bohužel zbytek pobytu nefungovala, ale s manažerem hotelu byla velmi dobrá domluva a hotel nám to kompenzoval vstupem do městského bazénu a sauny pro celou rodinu, takže za nás spokojenost.

Cons:

Velmi malé parkoviště na terase hotelu, špatně se zajíždělo a vyjíždělo. Naštěstí jsme během pobytu nikam nejezdili, takže to problém až tak nebyl. Večeře nebyly bufetové, ale výběr byl dostatečný.

Cons:

Leider muss man alle Wellness angeboten vorher vorbestellen was Massagen angeht

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und das Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin bzw. Mitarbeiterin des Spabereiches.
Der kleine Pool ohne Liegemöglichkeit. Die gab es nur im Flur.
Wasserfleck an der Decke. Duschabtrennung war aus der Wand gerissen. Das Waschbecken hatte Schlagstellen.

Personal war sehr Freundlich, die LENA war sehr hilfsbereit und hat gutes Essen empfohlen. Top Lage, nicht weit zur kolonade. Würden gerne noch mal kommen. In der Rezeption wurden wir sehr herzlich angenommen. Dankeschön

Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer respektvoll.
Das Hotel hatte eine hervorragende Lage um die örtlichen Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsläden schnell zu erreichen.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war spitze, man konnte beim Abendessen aus drei Menüs wählen. Es gab immer eine Vorsuppe und eine Nachspeise. Wir hatten Glück beim Anreisetag noch einen Hotelparkplatz bekommen zuhaben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren die Steckdosen leider schwer erreichbar und auch zuwenig fand ich. Vielleicht könnte man das mit aufsteckbaren Doppelsteckdosen beheben. Da wir im Hotel Nebenhaus untergebracht waren, mussten wir auch mit 2 verschiedenen Aufzügen fahren um in unser Zimmer zugelangen.

Pros:

Es war ein Geschenk für meinen Vater zum geburtstag.haben extra das Delux Zimmer gebucht .Zimmer war groß und sauber, großer Fernseher mit deutschen Sender.
Badezimmer groß und sauber mit Fenster.
Nespresso Maschine vorhanden,leider keine Kaffe capsel trotz Nachfrage würden sie nicht wie zugesagt gebracht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel Standart. Ein Spa Hotel das keine Bademantel zu Verfügung hat weil sie in der Reinigung sind und Gäste sich mit Bettlaken verhelfen sollen ist eine Zumutung.
Es gibt keine Bar. Frühstück sehr spärlich was weg ist wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt.
Halbpension ist eine Zumutung man wählt aus eine Karte das Essen ist Kantinen Standart leblose Kartoffeln mit Form Schnitzel (siehe Bilder) wir waren entsetzt.
Verpflegung ist wie in eine Jugendherberge
Hat mit einen Hotel nicht annähernd was zu tun.
Es sollte ein besonderer Aufenthalt werden leider war es auf ganzer Linie eine große Enttäuschung besonders die Verpflegung.

Die Kopfkissen alt und hart, die Wellnessanwendungen im Vergleich zu den übrigen Kosten unverhältnismäßig teuer, die Qualität und Auswahlmöglichkeit des Essens in der Halbpension sehr schlicht und einfach.
