Wspaniały hotel - będę wracać
Pros:

Czysto i bardzo dobre śniadania. Bardzo duży wybór - był nawet ramen!!! 😅

Overpriced, uncomfortable, and diappointingly unaccommodating service

The location. That’s all.

Cons:

Very bad experience at this hotel despite the great location and comments. First, when we took a nap in the first bedroom, the noise (from the street) and the heat were so high that we couldn’t sleep at all. We asked for a change and the reception offered an upgrade. Fine, we were expecting a free upgrade for the inconvenience but, as we will discover it later, commercial gestures are completely unknown in this hotel. We paid for the upgrade and got a room as tiny as the previous one, as hot and with a miserable view but at least, quiet. At the end of the trip, we explained to the receptionist that we didn’t take the breakfast on day 2 so we would have appreciated that they didn’t ask for an extra charge on the day of our arrival when we had our first breakfast. We explained this 4 times to the receptionist who answered like a robot the same thing: the breakfast is included by default. I understand but, as I said, we didn’t take one and had us pay one extra which isn’t fair. Also, on the last day, the check out was at 11am and we got a phone call from the reception at 11.02am! Never saw that in my entire life. So disrespectul. This is probably one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel.

Hotel plutôt business que plaisir
Pros:

Super petit déjeuner avec barista.
Le centre est accessible rapidement en tram et des commerces autour.

Cons:

Nous étions du côté rue et on a super mal dormi à cause du traffic et du tram.
On a demandé de changé de chambre ou de trouver une solution. On était même prêt à payer plus. Mais on nous a dit l'hôtel est plein et c'est tout.

Hotel splnil naše očakávania, izba bola čistá a príjemná. Celkovo sme boli spokojní.

Cons:

Menším mínusom bolo parkovanie, ktoré je pomerne drahé. Aj keď sme o cene vedeli vopred, nemali sme veľmi inú možnosť, než využiť hotelové parkovanie.
