The location is very convenient, it's located in the quieter area of city centre in front of Albert Park. The facilities are clean and the room is fully equipped with functional kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. The staff are welcoming, warm, and respectful.

Cons:

Don’t bother!! We were there for a couple of hours before we got a refund and left to stay elsewhere! Nothing worked properly in the room, the spa was slimey, sauna didn’t work and not to mention the toilet smelt like faeces!!!

The staff and location.

Cons:

It was unfortunate and frustrating that the heat drying function of the washing machine was not working during our stay, forcing me to use and pay for a commercial laundry service.

It could have been better if the valet parking service was slightly cheaper.

The go to every time hotel!
Pros:

Friendly staff, very quiet rooms

Cons:

The light blew in rhe bathroom making it hard to access and the cover fell off the "switchboard " leaving lights flashing overnight.

Pros:

Walking distance to Spark Arena! Also in walking distance - a bottle store and petrol station for snacks. In a nice area.

Cons:

Had some weird issues with getting our room serviced. Had our please service tag on the door, but also asked at reception in person twice. By the end of the night, room still hadn’t been serviced so then my partner went to reception for the 3rd time and was handed sheets and towels for us to do ourselves. Really not sure why this was so hard to sort out but it was…

Super location for a nice stay.
Pros:

Amazing location and view to downtown Auckland- university close by and walking to all the sites including the ferry terminal. Staff were so friendly and helped store our luggage after for a few hours before our cruise left port.Nice dinner options at a reasonable price

Cons:

The exercise area, spa and sauna were older and didn't look very clean. Our room had no hangers and carpet was not very clean. Here again, decor needed sprucing up. Otherwise it was as pictured and had enough room. The service elevator was not working and staff had to use the main guest elevators which was a bit awkward.
