We will never stay here again
Pros:

Close to where I needed to be

Cons:

No hot water for our whole two day stay also two of the rooms they only had one key for and they didn’t tell us on arrival that they didn’t have a spare at reception

Nice - but extreme annoyance over intransigence by owners/management on credit card premium charged
Pros:

I stay here regularly - good location, fair room rate.

Cons:

I have challenged staff & even management on this previously (12+ months) and its really starting to annoy me. How can they charge 3.15% for credit cards now? This is way above the commerce commission’s requirements for the cost to a customer to be only related to the cost to the hotel. Interchange with card present should be very low now after the government’s regulatory changes last year; bank margin should be at most 0.6% - so a reasonable premium to end consumers in NZ should be 1.5%-2% max. Management are simply just profiteering off guests.

Great stay, great view, great location, nice staff
Pros:

Location was great, staff were nice, facilities was great.

Cons:

Wish the car par no need added charge.
My bed was had a dot of stained, it wasn’t bad just wish could get clean bed linen. Thanks

Pros:

The view, the price, the valet parking and the proximity to the event we were attending

Cons:

Apartment very tired, lots of hacked and broken pieces in walls and benches, fridge door opened half way then hit the wall, couldn't open freezer door wide enough to pull drawer out so couldn't put anything in it.

No extract fan in the bathroom, unfortunately also found a bed bug in the bed
