Pros:

El servicio en general tanto de la recepción , como en el Buffet del personal . Atención excelentes y buenos servicios de alojamiento , comida y confort.

Génial !!!! Je reviendrai surment
Pros:

La demi-pension était également très satisfaisante. La cuisine était très bonne dans l’ensemble ; ayant séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels en Espagne, je peux dire que celui-ci propose, selon moi, la meilleure nourriture en termes de goût. Les plats étaient variés et vraiment bons.

Les activités étaient également très bien pensées, notamment pour les enfants, et les piscines étaient superbes.

Le véritable point fort de l’hôtel reste cependant le personnel : très serviable, gentil, accueillant et chaleureux. De l’agent d’accueil à la femme de ménage, en passant par les cuisiniers, tout le monde a été adorable et professionnel.

Jàvier était très très chaleureux et j’ai aussi apprécié le cuisinier Kosso qui était très gentil avec ma sœur, mon fils et moi.

Cons:

Le seul point sur lequel j’ai été moins satisfaite concerne la salle de bain de la chambre. Il y avait une importante trace de tartre sur le carrelage au sol, ce qui gâchait l’esthétique générale et faisait vraiment tache. Je pense qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles ne peut pas se permettre ce type de défaut, et qu’il serait nécessaire de refaire le carrelage à cet endroit.

De plus, les joints de la porte de douche mériteraient une rénovation et un rafraîchissement. Il y avait des traces de calcaire sur les joints ainsi qu’en bas de la porte de douche, mais aussi des marques d’eau qui ne disparaissaient pas, même après le passage de la femme de ménage.

Everything was perfect. This hotel is absolutely top rated.
We had amazing vacation together with my family. All people who are working in this hotel do all the best, very reliable, kind and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are so great with a choice of food that it was difficult to leave the restaurant 😋 Seafood, steaks, a lot of fruit, variable cakes, ice cream and many other absolutely delicious food. Children can have different entertainment with animation team, we could play football in a special field as well. There are a lot of swimming pools (outside and inside the building). There is SPA area for relaxing and massage for personnel selection. Cleaning of the room was done carefully every day!
Special thanks to the stuff of the hotel!

Food Change everyday,halal meat for Muslims.
Sea food for everyone.
One main restaurant buffets,and 1 bar inside.
1 Bar outside,they offer lunch and snack.
Lovely Massage done by Inna.
5min walking to central.
Indoor heated pool,7 pools outside.
Bed is very comfortably.
We stay in the Suit Family Build located next to the bar.
They come with a balcony.
Spa is €10 per adult,kids no allowed.
They have entertainment,mini disco start at 8:30pm and show at 10pm.
