Overall excellent stay at the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel for families.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was absolutely excellent. The room was superb- so much so I think if we were to stay again it would be disappointing to be appointed a different room- we loved it! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Just perfect and what we needed to relax in. The terrace was a god send as some days we struggled to find sunbeds in the sun. Also saw some fabulous sunrises and sunsets from the terrace.
Staff were all very helpful, happy and friendly.
All inclusive food was excellent- always a really good varied choice on offer with something different everyday. The choice of drinks was also very good (lots of branded options).
We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment but everyone seemed to enjoy this. Our son is too old for mini disco so we didn’t stick around the entertainment area for too long in the evening. We saw there was always something going on with daytime activities too- lots of people going in and having fun.
10-15mins walk to the beach which was lovely.
The hotel was the best part of our stay in Salou itself!

Cons:

Not the hotels fault, but unfortunately on our first day by the pool another guest took my sons new sliders from the side of the pool- he was only in there 20mins. This really upset him as he’d saved for them to buy himself. Clearly it wasn’t a mistake in taking them as they were never returned or handed in.
Also the location was a little off putting unfortunately. We weren’t keen on the immediate surrounding area of the hotel- little scruffy (smelt bad in local area.. presume from drains as recent storm) not a great deal on offer and the bars that were weren’t great. We took the opportunity to walk and take the bus into cambrils and Tarragona where we much preferred. Local transport was inexpensive and the hotel was very good at organising taxis if needed.

Pros:

De ligging. Het middagmaal en avondmaal heel uitgebreid. Warm eten ook. Hotel is heel hygiënisch. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt alle dagen hetzelfde. Altijd zelfde koffiekoeken altijd zelfde brood.
Animatie was er maar je moest zelf gaan kijken kwamen de mensen maar weinig aansporen.
Jammer dat bij de all inn nog niet alles is inbegrepen.
We kregen 4 gratis kaartjes voor de Welness maar is adults only moeilijk met dochter van 12. Moesten bepaalde dagen zijn waar kinderen ook waren toegelaten. Vond ik wel minpunt

Delightful Stay
Pros:

The property has a lot of different areas and a decent facility overall. Location was also good, not too far from the beach. The room was spacious for our family size (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was cleaned daily.
They also had a variety of foods to choose from which was nice, we got the half-board package.
The Staff were also nice.

Cons:

It was a very busy with a lot of people, I guess this is to be expected for this time of the year but it really reminded me of a busy cruise ship. The double bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

Cons:

Problemas em arranjar lugar junto das piscinas. A animação não era boa. O spa (a pagar) era só para adultos e numa das vezes estavam lá 5 crianças. O som que servia para os cantores/artistas no bar exterior era péssimo deveria estar avariado. A limpeza do quarto de manhã tinha dias que demorava muito tempo a estar pronta. O valor para o tudo incluído é demasiado para os serviços e produtos que nos fornecem. Não vale a pena gastar no tudo incluído.no bar junto da recepção alguns funcionários estavam mal humorados. Parecia que não nos queriam servir.

An excellent stay, would definitely return in the future.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable. A great location within walking distance distance from the centre of salou. We got a free upgrade on our room and it was lovely. The air con was unbelievable and a game changer. The balcony was also a great size and we had a great view. The breakfast was top quality, loads to choose from and very good for those with allergies. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool areas were excellent too and not too difficult to get a sunbed.

Cons:

The lifts were a tiny but tedious and the top floor got extremely warm at times, although these are only small.
