Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war nicht überragend, aber in Ordnung. Konnten unser Gepäck noch nach Check-out im Hotel lassen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so richtig funktioniert, deshalb war es relativ warm. Wir waren bis 23 Uhr unterwegs und wollten zurück ins Hotel. Leider war keiner an der Rezeption. Nach klopfen und etwas warten ist aber jemand gekommen und hat uns reingelassen.

La atención del personal en recepción fue cordial y profesional, tanto al momento del check-in como en el check-out.

Cons:

El hotel es bastante antiguo; no obstante, el principal inconveniente no es su antigüedad sino el evidente desaseo en las instalaciones. Una cosa es conservar una infraestructura clásica y otra muy distinta es no mantener adecuados estándares de limpieza. Se percibe falta de mantenimiento y de control en los procesos de aseo.

En el comedor, incluso, fue necesario solicitar el cambio de los individuales de mesa debido a que estaban visiblemente sucios, lo cual resulta inaceptable dentro de un servicio de hotelería.

El desayuno fue deficiente tanto en organización como en calidad. Aunque informan que inicia a las 6:00 a.m., llegamos a las 6:21 a.m. y el montaje no estaba completo. Fue necesario solicitar reiteradamente los productos, ya que no estaban disponibles, y la calidad de los alimentos no cumplió con lo esperado.

Encantadas del hotel y volveremos.
Pros:

Todo el hotel es hermoso, su temática increíble.
El desayuno incluído es muy delicioso. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. Primera vez en Manizales, es una ciudad hermosa y el hotel ayudó a dejar una buena impresión.
Celebré el cumpleaños de mi hermana y fueron muy especiales con ella. Debo nombrar a un empleado estrella que es Esteban de la recepción, es un joven atento y con mucha actitud de servicio al igual que Miguel. Pero en general quedamos muy complacidas con todo el recurso humano.
Muy recomendable este hotel.

Depronto la falta de actitud de Servicio de un chico Andrés de la recepción. No contesto ninguna consulta ni comentarios de nosotras. Importante trabajar en su actitud y habilidades laborales.
