Mi hotel favorito en Manizales
Pros:

Amabiliadad del personal. Habitacion amplia y camas comodas. Servicio de desayuno tipo buffet muy completo y rico. El menu a la carta para el almuerzo es delicioso. Excelente ubicacion. Volveria siempre

Seria bueno que al parquear los carros en la plazoleta no los peguen tanto a los muros.

The guy Jorge from staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, He's THE BEST employee ever!
The room was as clean as humanly possible; and last but not least Breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel was very good!

Hotel confortable con muy buen servicio
Pros:

La atención tanto de los chicos de recepción como de los meseros fue excelente. El desayuno muy variado y rico. Se nota el esfuerzo del personal por hacerte pasar una buena estadía

Cons:

El sanitario tenía un escape y no lo resolvieron. El desperdicio de agua iba en contra de su buena política verde.
