Pros:

Great location and service. Johanna, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful, she really went out of her way to make our experience the best it could be.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit old and run-down so the place would use some love but overall nothing was uncomfortable per se.

La ubicación al centro

El 4 de junio 2026 al ingresar al hotel fui víctima de hostigamiento y acoso de carácter íntimo por parte del recepcionista,este al parecer de inclinaciones aparentemente cuestionables, hice la queja formal a booking e incluso con el mismo hotel, no me tomaron en serio archivaron el caso,tuve que contratar a un abogado y hacer la demanda respectiva por protección al consumidor, para cubrir al empleado hasta me cancelaron la reserva como si yo no hubiera estado nunca ahí, felizmente booking me está apoyando con eso
