Very affordable accommodation in a higly touristic area. The facilities are basic, but decent.

Mala atención, el mismo día del checking me tocó buscar otro hotel ya que la funcionaria que me atendió fue displicente y me habló mal de hoteles.com diciendo que hoteles.com no era confiable. Eso sí es el colmo cuando son ustedes los que nos llevan a los hoteles. Pésima atención y hotel!!!

Buena ubicación, hotel un poco viejo pero pasable

El hotel nos sorprendió, una habitación muy amplia, la atención buenísima. Buen desayuno y excelente ubicación

Shower was not working and the bathroom flush was not working very bad staff

They don’t provide a single water bottle also

And they don’t accept order for a Sandwitch also

No elevator, no new towels, no hot water, had to have the keys reprogrammed will not being able to get in my room that was dirty

If you are single I do not recommend this place. There are hidden fees and unless you pay extra you can not bring visitors to your room. Very good place to bring your family.

Problems: card entry was on and off; outside staircase unprotected from the weather (no elevator); a bit noisy and front desk needs bilingual staff

Very friendly, basic amenities, well located, breakfast could use improvement, rooms comfortable, no lift for higher floors, but overall good.

Great location: near the beach, restaurants, supermarket, laundry, money exchange, etc. Great service and safe area. A few minutes drive from the colonial/historical area. Breakfast is ok. Needs improve: more fruits and better breads.

Muy malo el servicio. Desde el check in hasta la salida. Nada de colaboración, déspotas y cero interés por negocios ya que tengo un grupo grande y no me dieron ni siquiera la información adecuada. Nada que ver con la excelencia cuando perteneció a la cadena Estelar. Descuidados y cero profesionales del sector. Troste decirlo pero así es.

The location is good. Near the beach and nany places to eat. The hotel has an elevator but the wont let you use it due to covid. Which is odd. We were on the 4th floor so thst was inconvenient. The hotel room over all was nice, spacious and clean. The toilet took a long time to fill but other than that the room was comfortable. The daily breakfast was simple but good

Though there is alot of potential for the Hotel leftover from the previous ownership either management or current ownership don't care about customer service and occupant comfort.. The elevator did not work during my entire stay, breakfast was a sham with the ants eating better than me as they crawled all over the table and all common areas offered no relief from outdoor humidity while the A/C remained off.. The only bright spots where the spacious rooms and exemplary front desk stewards both day and night...
