نعم كما كل مرة اقيم هناك فطور ممتاز

عندما جاء زميلي في المساء و كان متعب من السفر و ارد استلام حجرته حتي يرتاح موطفة الاستقبال و اعتقد اسمها مدام بيه لم تسرع في تقديم اجراءات الحجز و تسليمه حجرته و جعلتنا نتظر و هي علي التلفون ثم شرعت في التحدث مع شخص اخر تعرفه رغم اننا كنا الولين في المعاملة و قبل صديقها و قدمت له المساعدة و تركتنا نتظر مما جعلني اغضب و طلبت ان اتكلم مع المدير لكنها تغطت علي الامر و سلمتنا مفتياح الغرفة بعد طول انتظر لقد ذكرة في التعليق قبل التعديل اسم اسم الاخت التي كنت تشتغل في الصباح و اسف لقد اختلط علي الاسماء و اكرر الحادثة كانت في المساء - تحياتي

Au départ, j’avais réservé pour 2 jours, mais j’ai finalement prolongé mon séjour à 6 jours, ce qui montre à quel point j’ai apprécié cet hôtel. Toute l’équipe est vraiment exceptionnelle : les agents de sécurité, la réception, le spa et hammam, la piscine, le service ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Tout le monde est professionnel, accueillant et respectueux. Un grand merci à Baya, Hadil, Ramzi et Nassim pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.
C’est un hôtel idéal pour les voyages d’affaires : très calme, classique, sans bruit ni agitation. On peut vraiment se reposer et travailler tranquillement. Je recommande vivement.

it was very good

I would like to than all of them and special thanks to the team working in the restaurant (Thanks to Badis )

GYM is poor, Curtains are broken. Carpets need to be changed.
