Le restaurant/bar a un choix de plus en plus limité et bcp de ruptures

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à Hôtel La Concorde.
L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Les agents de sécurité à l’entrée étaient très respectueux, souriants et professionnels, ce qui met tout de suite à l’aise.
Un grand merci également à Hadil à la réception, qui a été incroyable du début à la fin : à l’écoute, gentille, patiente et très professionnelle. Elle a vraiment pris le temps de nous aider avec le sourire.
La propreté de l’hôtel était impeccable, les chambres très agréables, et le service du petit déjeuner le matin était vraiment excellent. Toute l’équipe est adorable et attentive aux clients.
Franchement, l’équipe de l’Hôtel La Concorde a su choisir de très bonnes personnes et de vrais professionnels. Merci à tout le groupe khemisi hassan ramzi pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil exceptionnel.
