Hospitable and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

I loved our stay with Concorde les Berges hotel in Lac. We took two rooms, one for me and my wife, the other for my mother and sister, as we were visiting for Medical checkup, and I wanted a clean cozy hotel for my family to relax.

Staff are wonderful, starting from Hossam at reception, made sure we are looked after. Amira and Fatima from house keeping, really were exceptional. After multiple interactions, I really wanted to get their names to thank them for looking after my family. Nice breakfas and indoor swimming pool is shallow 1.35m safe level and good fun def recommend.
