Great place, super clean and top quality staff
Pros:

Staff. Lady in front desk was magnificent. Solve every detail and help during my stay. her name is Hadil and she is real professional. All facilities are great and SPA was perfect.

Highly recommanded and worth the hospitiality
Pros:

1st i wanna give huge thanks to Hiba as i had issues with the reserviation in a critical timing and she handled it very professionaly in short time
Huge thanks and apperication for her hard work , even at late hours
She made sure all is good and well set , can never be more thankfull even in her breavement ( god rest her mother's soul ) i didnt know at the begining but she insisted to help and get through the issue i had
It just shows you how good hearted she is
Forever thankfull


After we start from the reception,
With no pretucilar order ,
Big thanks to Bassem , Baya , Hadil and linag
They were extremely happy to see another time staying in the hotel
Always helpful , asking if anything is short , needed or missing
Making short every detial is taken care of within minutes
Making sure when i go to places , what to take , be carefull of , budge amount and help me
They treat me as part of thier family in everyone's unique way
They make you feel so welcomed in every small or big situation at anytime , believe me

Afterward we head to the kitchen , i dont quite remember all of them but
Mahdi and khmaies they are a true gentlemen making aure every food detial is up to the taste even in the rush hour even at the breakfast timinh , lunch and dinner
Also there's an old man in the breakfast timing always smiling and goodmorning people
Such a humble and joyfull staff
Can be more thankfull for a better staying

Cons:

One small thing , although it was winter and always 10 C ... i just wanted the air conditioner to be switched off ... systematically it turns off
Hope to fix this thia small un important thing

Vraiment extraordinaire.

C’était la nuit de mon mariage, une nuit magique et inoubliable ✨
J’ai choisi de la célébrer dans cet hôtel et, sincèrement, je n’aurais pas pu faire un meilleur choix.
Dès le premier instant, j’ai partagé avec l’équipe quelques idées pour rendre cette soirée encore plus spéciale, et leur réaction a dépassé toutes mes attentes.
Le personnel a été adorable, attentionné et d’une gentillesse incroyable — un immense merci tout particulièrement à (Hossam / Hadeel / Khaled), ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe sans exception 🤍
Grâce à eux, tout ce que j’imaginais est devenu réalité et cette nuit restera gravée dans mon cœur pour toujours.
Merci du fond du cœur à l’hôtel Concorde pour ces merveilleux souvenirs.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner au restaurant manquait un peu de variété.
