the TV did not work in my room. The requirement to repack and move into a new room at the end of a busy day as very inconvenient. Did not appreciate the flashing light which peeked through the crack in the curtain throughout the evening.
Assumed HVAC and TV would be confirmed as working before room is "booked" each day
Limpio y habitación grande con mini cocina.
Desayuno muy pobre . Se habían acabado yogures a las 8.30 y no repusieron . No había zonas comunes al exterior salvo unas mesas al aparcamiento .

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, staff was very quick to help fix an issue with the shower in our room.
Bright light outside our room, and curtains don't quite block all of it, but not all rooms would have that issue.
Stayed here while moving my son into UoU . Very weird experience . I have stayed at many Marriott properties , I have status with them . I had booked a king bed , but when I checked in the only one available was on 1st floor. I asked to be moved to a higher floor and would take 2 queens if not king. avail . Desk agent said that was not possible because I had booked king ? WTH ? Never had that happen before . I heard her say they were only 40% full to another guest so why not a switch ? After some back and forth she finally relented and moved us to a 2 queen room .. (they are he same price btw ..).
So note, this Springhill is on the west edge of downtown and apparently 300 w is a drag strip at night .. so much car noise .. Make sure you get a room on east side - facing the Watasch mountains ..
Included buffet was ok, well stocked but no fresh fruit - again that is something that is normally there.
This must be an older Springhill because the furniture in the rooms is pretty worn and showing its age .. Also small nit but the TV wont swivel to allow viewing from the sitting area of the suite.

The breakfasts were the equivalent of other motels. It was conveniently located.
The registration wasn't easy. The halls were hot. The elevators were noisy, hot and slow. Once we had to claim up four flights of stairs because the single elevator was being serviced. The carpets were faded and torn. The carpet was badly stained in the middle of our room. Please take seriously the warnings about the air conditioning. It is not acceptable.

The room was outdated. There were stains on the lampshade. The ceiling had a sticky oil all over it. The lady checking us in also didn’t disclose that the pool was closed until right AFTER I paid. We have two toddlers who wanted to swim and they didn’t disclose that is was under maintenance until after I swiped my card. I wanted a refund because we ended up having to find a new place to stay. I had to call the front desk and the girls name was Amelia. She was so rude I was in disbelief. She hung up on me, ignored my calls multiple times to the point I had to use my husbands phone to get ahold of the hotel. Luckily the manager was nice and apologized and gave us a full refund.
Very convenient location for our travels. Easy to get back on I80. Close to great restaurants too.
Quiet, clean, great breakfast.
Disappointed that the pool was under maintenance so closed. No notice of this when booking.
