Great location and breakfast
Pros:

Location (near Pavlovas metro station; breakfast; cleanness.

Cons:

The room was very noise due to the tram. We solicited a room change and they immediately obliged.

L'hôtel est dans un bon quartier avec toutes les commodités autour.
Le personnel de l'accueil est charmant et la propreté dans les chambres.

L'insonorisation pour un 4 étoiles 🌟
Nous entendions les autres voyageurs et surtout le tram qui passent juste en dessous des chambres.

Большая благодарность персоналу отеля за отношение к гостям отеля,атмосфера доброжелательная ,просторные номера,всегда чисто,уборка производится каждый день.Также в столовой царит уютная обстановка,персонал заботится о чистоте и чтобы всегда все было.Мы второй раз останавливались в отеле и могу с уверенностью сказать что в этот отель можно возвращаться, спасибо за хорошо проведенное время в Праге,ведь многое зависит от правильно выбранного отеля!

Wir waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Direkt am Hotel gibt es kleinere Läden und Restaurants somit kann man auch dort
Pros:

Der freundliche Portier, am Anfang.
Wir waren zuerst lediglich im ersten Stock und haben dadurch die Straßenbahn ziemlich laut im Zimmer gehört.
Aus diesem Grund haben wir bei Portier angefragt, und diese hat uns sofort ein Alternativ Zimmer angebotene.
Dieses lag dann im vierten Stock und war für uns eine bessere Option. Die Straßenbahn hört man allerdings in jedem Zimmer und im vierten Stock hört man den Frühstücks also die Stühle, die verrückt werden.
Uns hat es trotzdem nicht zu sehr gestört und wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Durch die älteren Fenster hört man die Geräusche der Straßenbahnen stark. Auch in den oberen Stockwerken bekommt man diese mit teilweise sogar durch Vibrationen. Wer empfindlich ist, könnte sich hier sehr gestört fühlen.

Pros:

On the last day 25 April, there was an amazing woman in the reception.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as I expected. The man at reception said he would check another room for me. I’m a single resident and want a quiet place to sleep. I also requested a room with a standard window, as I had eye allergy and I needed fresh air.
