Struttura vecchia e consumata.
Moquette in camera stinta dall'usura e piena di macchie, vasca da bagno con tenda e tracce di muffa sulle sigillature, ecc. mi chiedo se tutte le camere sono così.

Отапливается воздушной климатической системой. Было очень жарко и шумно спать. Уменьшить температуру нельзя. Воздух поэтому очень сухой. Лицо покраснело(. Остальное все неплохо.

I will not return to this hotel due to the unacceptable and inconsistent service I experienced.
Cons:

During my business trip, I stayed alone in your hotel and was provided only one 500ml bottle of water in the room. Earlier that day, I personally witnessed your front desk delivering two bottles of water to the room next door.

When I returned from dinner and requested two additional bottles of water, the male receptionist claimed that the hotel “does not provide such a service” and repeatedly instructed me to buy water from the vending machine. Even after I stated I was willing to have the charge added to my room bill, he continued to give the same robotic response and ignored the fact that your staff had just delivered water to another guest.

The inconsistency, the lack of basic service awareness, and the dismissive attitude were completely unacceptable. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and I want to be very clear: I will not be staying at this hotel again. I expect an explanation for this unequal treatment and a review of your service standards.

Le finestre hanno talmente tanti spifferi che siamo stati costretti a mettere giubbotti, valigie e chiedere extra coperte per coprire il vento fortissimo che entrava da ogni fessura delle finestre.

Con un bambino di 1 anno mezzo sarebbe stato il caso di posizionarci in una camera al primo p secondo piano
