Buono ma qualche lacuna
Pros:

Molto comodo per chi si muove in auto. Camera silenziosa, personale gentile. Molto carina pulita e ben organizzata la palestra

Camere un po' datate con qualche pecca nella pulizia. Impossibile aprire le finestre per poter arieggiare un poco. Colazione cara

Pros:

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questo hotel molto bello, pulito e moderno.

Cons:

Per i miei gusti personali materasso troppo duro e avrei preferito avere una doccia in camera invece di una vasca/doccia.

Pros:

Clean and tidy. The family suite was of good size and comfortable. The sofa bed was not as comfortable as it could have been but it’s ok for the kids.

Cons:

La struttura è molto vecchia seppur elegante, camere troppo piccole con bagni decismente poco moderni e con poco comfort (assenza di doccia se non dentro la vecchia vasca).
Sembra esserci poca comunicazione tra chi si occupa delle operazioni di check-in e chek-out e chi si occupa di pulire le stanze quindi per esempio ho trovato la stanza riordinata due ore prima del mio check-out senza più poterla utilizzare.
Il personale alla colazione è sembrato abbastanza disorganizzato con pietanze finite che non venivano sostituite e un ambiente al self-service abbastanza disordinato.
Inoltre avevo chiesto una stanza non-fumatori e mi è stata data una stanza con un fortissimo odore di fumo.
Mi è stata poi cambiata ma sono piccoli dettagli che non ci si aspetterebbe da uno Sheraton!
La criticità maggiore resta comunque la posizione, troppo scomodo raggiungere il centro di Padova dall'hotel.
Sebbene possa essere una posizione strategica per chi arriva in macchina risulta poi lontana da tutto il resto.

Non fate colazione, impossibile un'organizzazione così pessima.

Il personale alla Reception (Marzia, Giuseppe) + personale Bell boy molto cortesi e professionali.

Cons:

Colazione da dimenticare, non organizzati, assolutamente improponibile la situazione. Orario di colazione programmato, ma il buffet completamente (100%) vuoto, non c'erano più nessun tipo di brioche, nessun tipo di dolci, ho trovato uno yogurt per miracolo ma mancavano i cucchiaini: ma mi hanno proposto di mangiarlo con il bastoncino di legno mescola-caffè.
Il primo giorno sono finita nel turno della colazione prevista per un gruppo di turchi che avevano delle riduzioni importanti nella scelta alimentare, e io.... pagante al 100% ho dovuto accontentarmi.
Ammetto che però dimostrato il mio disappunto il sig. Christian ha cercato il più possibile di risolvere e l'ultimo giorno ho avuto quello che ho pagato.
