Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Please note that for reservations with half board included, guests should have their booking confirmation at the check-in in order to collect restaurant vouchers.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Обслуговування на рецепції, при басейну та прибирання кімнати.

Cons:

Не було халатів для басейну. Відпочивала з дитиною 8 років, напівпансіон. Сніданки були чудові, але вечеря 🙄одне й те саме меню кожного дня. Вибору не було 😡 Смажена у паніровці курка не для дитини. Брала для себе Fish and chips, знімала кляр з риби і годувала дитину. Адміністрації готелю треба більше дбати про дитяче харчування та ввести різноманітні страви для HB. 2800 zl за 4 дні🫣, вечеря могла б бути краща. До персоналу у ресторації жодних претензій не маю

Polecam, świetna lokalizacja, śniadanie w porządku.
Pros:

Śniadanie było w porządku, nie mam zastrzeżeń, szeroki wybór dań. Wszystko w porządku, obsługa też bardzo miła.

Cons:

W hotelu było zimno, na szczęście nie w pokojach, wszystko w porządku.

Excellent, a nice surprise.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly (everyone, from the manager to the reception, staff at the restaurant or the spa). The room was nice, warm and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view over the Vistula river was spectacular. The breakfast was amazing, very varied and so was the restaurant. They even prepared a lunch box for us upon check-out, because we had a very early flight. The spa was a welcome bonus, especially after long, cold days, and it was also very clean and well maintained. Jacuzzi with a view is definitely something to treat yourself with. The hotel's location is excellent.
