Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Please note that for reservations with half board included, guests should have their booking confirmation at the check-in in order to collect restaurant vouchers.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Unvergleichliches Wochenende in Krakau
Pros:

Überragende Lage am Fluss, mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Das Personal extrem zuvorkommend, vor allem im Restaurant, wo wir jeden Abend vorzüglich gespeist haben. Der Swimmingpool im 7. Stock mit Aussicht auf die Stadt ist konkurrenzlos!
Das Frühstück gehört sicherlich zu den besten!

Everything, the best breakfast I've had in any hotel I've stayed in. The variety was exceptional and the quality was fantastic. The spa and wellness center was brilliant. Really enjoyed the sauna at the end of a long couple of days of sightseeing!

The hotel was clean, comfy and accommodating. We found the location convenient too. The Wisła boulevard right on the doorstep is a nice place for a walk. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for me and my son. The robe and slippers were provided. The breakfast buffet offered an exceptional selection.
