Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Please note that for reservations with half board included, guests should have their booking confirmation at the check-in in order to collect restaurant vouchers.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Moderne hotell med flott beliggenhet langs Wisla elven, meget god frokost og hyggelig personale.
Pros:

Meget bra frokost og SPA avdeling. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Kaffe og teposer kunne vært på rommet og drikkeglass.

Wellnes, bazen, sauna su veliki plus, lokacija je isto odlična...jedini minus je parking koji se naplaćuje, a pripada hotelu( i podzemna garaža i vanjski parking).

Fint hotell, hyggelig personalet, god mat.
Pros:

Hyggelig personalet, grei frokost, meget god beliggenhet. Personalet var veldig behjelpelig og lett å kommunisere med.

Cons:

Dusjen har dårlig trykk, og temperaturen var veldig ustabil. Hadde den på varm, men ble plutselig iskald før den gikk tilbake til ennå varmere vann.
Sengen var hard, men personalet satt inn ekstra madrass på forespørsel. Hjalp litt.

o to pokoje malutkie, ledwo łóżko i dwa malutkie fotele. Rozłożysz walizkę i nie ma jak przejść. Standard niski, ale było czysto. Stara łazienka, bardzo stara, wanna i zasłonka z ceraty. Wszystko bardzo zużyte. Widok na Wisłę nie istnieje, widok był ale na dach kolejnego budynku za którym dopiero była rzeka. Basen maluteńki, jedno małe jacuzy, sauny malutkie, nie ma tam strefy spa... To pojedyncze pomieszczenia a w korytarzu plastikowe krzesła. Siłownia była, malutka ale coś można by porobić
