Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Great hotel for city break
Pros:

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Great location - 30 min walk to old town. Also next to a train station with direct access to salt mines/airport and close to Schindler's Factory.. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Liked everything! Only a very minor comment that the shower could have been a little stronger.

Pros:

I recently stayed at the Qubus Hotel in Kraków and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and check-in was quick and easy.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Vistula River.

The location is convenient, close to the Old Town and across the river from the old Jewish quarter. highly recommend it.

Très bel appartement , bien équipé et très propre.
Bien placé . Pas loin de la gare ce qui permet un accès rapide vers l'aéroport.
Proche du centre ville.
Bonne boulangerie à 30 mètres de la porte d'entré (ouvert de 6 heure du matin)
