Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

Świetny basen na 6 piętrze, widok niezapomniany na Stare Miasto, przestrzenne foyer robi wrażenie i sprzyja wypoczynkowi, miłym spotkaniom. Bardzo dobre rozwiązanie z dystrybutorami wody na piętrach. To rzeczy, które wyróżniają ten hotel i sieć Qubus.

завтрак очень хороший и из натуральных продуктов. Бассейн небольшой, но уютный с очень красивым видом, особенно на закат.
Расположение очень хорошее: рядом набережная для прогулок. Очень близко от старого города, однако чувтво, что живешь в зеленой зоне не пропадало.

Cons:

обманули с трансфером из аэропорта. Послали общаться с букингом: букинг обещал - пусть и предоставляет. Букинг и номер с завтраком обещал, хорошо, что и с этим не послали к букингу разбираться....
Складывается общее ощущение по персоналу, что зачастую мы больше не проживали в отеле, а мешали им жить...

Alles in allem ok, allerdings eher 3 Sterne als 4.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Fluss. Fußläufig in die Altstadt war es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang.
Frühstück war perfekt.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht, was dann nur einen Fensterblick auf die hinterliegende Straße ermöglichte und nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, zum Fluss. Dort allerdings war es in den 2 gebuchten Nächten extrem laut, da scheinbar alle die Straße als Rennstrecke ihrer getunten Autos nutzen.
Leider sieht sich das Hotel nicht in der Lage, hier einfach mal diesem Lärm vorzubeugen, da es ja bis locker Mitternacht ging. Sessel im Zimmer waren fleckig, sollte man auch mal austauschen. Ebenso ist die Ausstattung schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, hat mit dem heutigen Standard nicht viel gemein. Personal am Empfang darf auch ruhig mal lächeln und etwas netter bei Nachfragen reagieren.
