This hotel exceeded all my expectations, the staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived and continued to be very responsive and helpful. The territory of the hotel is indredible, so spacious and lush unlike some other parts of Hurghada. The only disappointment was a bit average food in the terrace restaurant by the pool, but the breakfast and dinners were great. All in all I loved this hotel and would consider coming back.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool is clear. Everything around the hotel is well taken care of, which makes the whole place feel very relaxing.
The food was very good – tasty and with a nice variety every day. The service during meals was also excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, friendly and professional, which made every meal even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Sam from the entertainment team 👏 His evening shows are prepared at a really high level and make the nights at the hotel even more enjoyable.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay – we truly recommend it! 😊

Our stay at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, relaxing, and genuinely luxurious.
The food was a standout throughout the entire stay. Every meal offered a great variety, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a mix of international and local Egyptian dishes. Whether it was the breakfast spread, poolside lunches, or dinner buffets, there was always something new to try—and everything was consistently delicious.
The drinks were just as impressive. The cocktail selection was excellent, with well-made classics and refreshing options perfect for the warm weather. Service at the bars was quick and friendly, and the overall quality was far better than what you typically expect at a resort.
When it came to entertainment, the resort struck the perfect balance. There was always something happening in the evenings—live music, relaxed shows, and a great atmosphere—but it never felt over the top or intrusive. It added to the experience without taking away from the calm, laid-back vibe of the resort.
Overall, Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna delivers on every level. Beautiful surroundings, amazing food and drinks, and just the right amount of entertainment make it a place we’d absolutely return to and highly recommend.
I had a excellent experience at Haramaki Restaurant (Steigenberger).
As a vegan the only options were Hosomaki avocado, cucumber and vegetables. I had the avocado+ cucumber one. They were absolutely delicious and the service was next level that's why I rate it 5 stars. I met the owner Ali, he was super nice and welcoming. My waiter Karam was lovely too. Overall I had a wonderful experience here and will happily return. But I hope in the future they will offer more vegan options, then it would be the perfect restaurant.
Nice weather and nice people . In November we have wonderful 😄 weather in the superb Steigenberger Golf Hotel with friendly people working there.
Firstly the entertainment was very good, every evening they got everyone involved it was very fun. Staff was amazing very helpful and friendly people, helped at every point. Food was alright.

The hotel has a very interesting design in the Nubian style.
The stuff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The reception tough are very attentive and always do their best to help. Especially Ahmed and Nermeen, thank you so much, you made my holiday! Mohammed works tirelessly on the beach, making it a very pleasant place to be.!
The room is spacious , with a nice balcony-terrace . But I would add a hanger to hang a red swimsuit.
Really great stay: Steigenberger is a very nice resort and the staff especially at the reception are very helpful, we had the pleasure of being accommodated by Peter who was highly knowledgeable and hospitable.
The staff is very attentive and helpful. The fresh juices are very good too. Wagdy serviced us every time, always present and very friendly! They even served us late afternoon, after the closing, with a smile!
Beautifull setting and good atmosphere. The trip started off rocky with slow service and problems with the rooms. After complaining it changed drastically in a positive way which is commendable. This hotel takes hospitality seriously
