I had a excellent experience at Haramaki Restaurant (Steigenberger).
As a vegan the only options were Hosomaki avocado, cucumber and vegetables. I had the avocado+ cucumber one. They were absolutely delicious and the service was next level that's why I rate it 5 stars. I met the owner Ali, he was super nice and welcoming. My waiter Karam was lovely too. Overall I had a wonderful experience here and will happily return. But I hope in the future they will offer more vegan options, then it would be the perfect restaurant.
Nice weather and nice people . In November we have wonderful 😄 weather in the superb Steigenberger Golf Hotel with friendly people working there.
Firstly the entertainment was very good, every evening they got everyone involved it was very fun. Staff was amazing very helpful and friendly people, helped at every point. Food was alright.
We love to be at the Lobby Bar. Essam makes the best Cocktails !!! 🍹 🥂 🍸. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Many thanks. You do a great job 👏

The hotel has a very interesting design in the Nubian style.
The stuff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The reception tough are very attentive and always do their best to help. Especially Ahmed and Nermeen, thank you so much, you made my holiday! Mohammed works tirelessly on the beach, making it a very pleasant place to be.!
The room is spacious , with a nice balcony-terrace . But I would add a hanger to hang a red swimsuit.
Really great stay: Steigenberger is a very nice resort and the staff especially at the reception are very helpful, we had the pleasure of being accommodated by Peter who was highly knowledgeable and hospitable.
The staff is very attentive and helpful. The fresh juices are very good too. Wagdy serviced us every time, always present and very friendly! They even served us late afternoon, after the closing, with a smile!
Beautifull setting and good atmosphere. The trip started off rocky with slow service and problems with the rooms. After complaining it changed drastically in a positive way which is commendable. This hotel takes hospitality seriously

We stayed between 26/10-29/10. We could have stayed longer till 1/11 but sadly A. Rahman in reception told us that there was no availability. We later discovered that there was availability but we had already booked somewhere else.
Spacious rooms with a view of the lagoon and golf course. Very clean. Breakfast varied and delicious. Dinner buffet also great variety. Sushi restaurant not too keen on it.
Best of all Reception desk staff Peter Seif. Very courteous helpful and nothing was too difficult for him.
It's a nice a relatively quiet place compared to other hotels I stayed in. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
I want to write a review about the hotel, but what made the hotel exceptional was the people there.
I had a room right in front of the pool and a 2-3 min walk to the lagoon. The view was good and the room was beautiful but what made all of this a very enjoyable experience was the staff. The staff at the pool like Ahmed and the crew or at the VIP pool like Kareem.
This was a business trip, so we needed to be at the reception a lot and the crew there was also extremely helpful all the from the entrance like the security guards or the receptionists themselves. A special thanks to Mina and Madany they are the best! Madany got me my bags even after I lost it at the airport in Hurghada!
Exceptional visit! The resort is absolutely amazing, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Peter from the reception, Mohamed Metwaly (restaurant manager), Mohamed Mounir at the lagoon area, Ammar at the pool and hagag who help us during the romantic dinner for their outstanding service. I highly recommend that couples book the romantic dinner — it was a truly wonderful experience.
I booked threw Expedia a suite ~$350 per night including all taxes and fees for two nights. Due to availability of flights, I had to add another night at the counter. Receptionist added the night and verbally informed me that he applied 10% wedding discount. I was charged 952.00 which made sense $350x3x90% =~ $952 that was charged. Second day I got phone call that I paid only for 2 nights, I checked my reservation at Expedia and surprise ONLY TWO NIGHTS $368 per night, $213.66 TAXES !!!!! and Stay protection Plan 59.47 that I never signed for (per Expedia the fare include all taxes and fees). Total 1010.93 my receipt from Credit Card Machine clearly show $952.00, not sure how they added the extra amount. I had to pay $497.88 for the third night..
