Cons:

It was a terrible experience. When I arrived, they asked me to pay extra for my child. After I agreed, they asked for even more money to upgrade the room. When I refused, they told me I had only two options: either pay the additional amount or leave.

So, after driving for 10 hours from Alexandria to El Gouna, I had to leave the hotel with my child, my baby, and all our luggage, without having anywhere else to go.

The staff were extremely unprofessional, and the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were genuinely helpful and constantly offering assistance with anything we needed, making us feel valued throughout our stay.

Everything was spotless, well organized, and maintained to a very high standard. It was clear that great attention was given to every detail.

We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The location and facilities are beautiful.
Pros:

The resort's location and grounds are absolutely beautiful we truly enjoy the peaceful setting and the quality of the facilities. The staff overall were welcoming, and we appreciated the effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. It's a lovely place to unwind, and we're already looking forward to coming back next year.

Cons:

The pool area was quite busy and noisy during our stay, with more families and children than expected not ideal for guests looking to relax quietly. Also, the checkout process felt a bit slow and could have been friendlier. Just small areas for improvement that would make the experience even better.

فندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع والمرافق والخدمات، لكن تجربة تسجيل الدخول والأخطاء المالية أفسدت انطباعي عن الإقامة منذ اللحظة

أعجبني الفندق من حيث الموقع، والمرافق، وجودة الغرف، ومستوى النظافة، والخدمات المقدمة أثناء الإقامة. كما أن المكان بشكل عام يرقى إلى مستوى فنادق الخمس نجوم من حيث التجهيزات والراحة.

Cons:

للأسف بدأت تجربتي بشكل سيئ منذ لحظة تسجيل الدخول. حاول الموظف أحمد وزميله إقناعي بدفع 322 يورو إضافية لتحويل حجزي إلى إقامة شاملة لجميع الوجبات، رغم أن حجزي كان يشمل الإفطار فقط، وهو ما اخترته عند الحجز. وعندما طلبت تجربة الباقة ليوم واحد فقط لأنني كنت أرغب أيضًا في تجربة مطاعم خارج الفندق، أُبلغت بأن النظام لا يسمح بذلك، وأنه يجب دفع قيمة جميع أيام الإقامة. وبعد أن اعتذرت عن العرض، تغير أسلوب التعامل بشكل واضح.

كما فوجئت بعد وصولي إلى الغرفة بخصم 970 دولارًا من بطاقتي، بينما كانت قيمة حجزي عبر التطبيق، شاملة جميع الرسوم والضرائب، 900 دولار فقط. وعند الاستفسار، أبلغتني المشرفة مادونا أن قيمة الإقامة لديهم 925 دولارًا، وأن مبلغ 45 دولارًا خُصم بالخطأ بسبب النظام.

هذه البداية كانت كافية لإفساد انطباعي الأول عن الفندق، وما صدمني أكثر أنني لم أتوقع مثل هذه الممارسات أو الأخطاء المالية في فندق يحمل تصنيف خمس نجوم ويُعد من الواجهات السياحية التي تمثل مصر أمام زوارها. وآمل أن تعيد الإدارة النظر في أسلوب استقبال الضيوف، وتأهيل الموظفين، وآلية التعامل المالي، لأن الانطباع الأول هو ما يبقى في ذاكرة النزيل.
