Room was very good, food was delicious, and the staff was very polite and professional.
Special thanks to Mohamed (restaurant/buffet), Nader (check-in), Peter (reception) and Yousef (beauty salon).

At the beach, I could order only cold drinks. No coffee or food.

It was good but I expected something special this time actually .. especially that I informed the hotel and the guest relations manager that it’s my wedding anniversary and we have being spending it at el Gouna since our married .. last three years at your hotel 🙈

Suite facilities and comfortable
Staff at all functions are professional, smiling and helpful (Housekeeping, restaurant staff and all team of the resort)
