The best beach, service and value for money in Naama Bay.
Pros:

After making a bad decision to stay in sharks bay instead of Naama bay. We experienced bad service at another hotel resort. We decided to check out after the first night as it was not to our liking. We decided to return to our old favourite hotel. I visit Egypt regularly and been to Sharm El Sheik 7 times and regularly visit hotels in Cairo.
Naama bay Promenade has the best staff and friendliness I have experienced in Egypt. The receptionist upgraded me and my wife to a beach view room when noticing I was a regular visitor. I nice gesture after our previous bad experience in Sharks Bay. The rooms have all been refurbished beachside and pretty much perfect. A/C is impressive and silent. Housekeeping was friendly and attentive.
The hotel has a fantasric beach, perfect for swimming as it has a gradual sandy descent. The pool and beach environment is virtually connected together so you are never far away from food and drinks service. The gardens are lovely and well maintained. The size of the hotel is perfect.
We don't book all inclusive so we order food daily and the food quality is much improved from a few years ago. The chef and waiters often make sure you are happy with your order personally which is impressive. The beach staff are always friendly and a big shout out to Alaa, Yasser, Mahmoud, Mohamed and not to forget Mr Ashraf who was extremely friendly.
They are flexible with the food and allow you to order things off menu such as omelettes and side items.
The reception team are excellent especially the guy who upgraded us. He was a newer member of the team. Mr Khaled on the night shift is also excellent and professional.
We often use the piano bar in the morning and late at night if we don't go into town and a huge shout out to Mr Sohby and Abd Rahman for their excellent service and friendliness.
The hotel management are friendly and attentive and regularly check that everything is good for us virtually on a daily basis. Mr Emad was very friendly.

Cons:

Gym and Spa do need visual improvement as the gym equipment is adequate but old. The gym was adequate for my needs so only a minor issue. Some areas such as bathrooms could also do with a makeover. However they were regularly cleaned.

C’est un bon hôtel. Ce qui m’a le plus impressionné, c’est l’ambiance on a l’impression d’être chez soi. Le personnel travaille discrètement on les remarque à peine
Je tiens également à remercier M. Khaled, qui est très sympathique, ainsi que Mme Ilhem, qui est très professionnelle, accueillante et toujours disponible pour aider. Je vous recommande vivement de la contacter si vous avez besoin d’assistance pendant votre séjour.

Wonderful overrall
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and well decorated, the rénovation was very successful. The staff was very helpful and attentive at every instance. The hotel food and beach bar service was fantastic. The beach accommodation and activités were great, as was the spa. Overall, i would highly recommend this location for every stay at Sharm el Sheik.
