Mountain side hotel dreadful !!!
Room feels very tired , out dated in comparison to rooms in the beach side hotel .
Service is dreadful compared with beach side hotel .
Had to have room key replaced every day of my stay because of faulty locks.
Food was very poor and lacked variety , same meals every day , beef stew or chicken of some description , very much like 1970’s school dinners , children not catered for .
Would never give it a 5 star rating , 3 star at best !!

There are 2 hotels, one is at the beach, the other on the opposite side of the road, it is used like a tourist bait. When booking with our agency we were informed it's at the beach, ended up in the other side, had to walk literally 30 minutes from reception to reach rooms that are in the middle of nowhere poorly maintained. To move to the hotel in the pictures near the sea shore you have to pay a huge difference.

The one at the beach front is OK, mountain view is 3 stars, the bait rooms 0 stars

I’m very annoyed that I wasn’t able to cancel the double booking I made. And the staff just simply ignored any requests. This is for the Naama Bay Mountain side with pool view side of the resort.

Hotel is good, Lifeguard on the Beach Abd so fun, thanks him. Also food so good, I enjoy it. After 2-3 months I comeback again

I had a rest at the Naama Bay Promenade Hotel. I liked everything: the rooms were clean and cleaned every day, they cooked delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner (there were no incidents in two weeks), alcohol was normal, beer was poured from bottles, rum, whiskey), they were treated to vanilla, chocolate, and mango ice cream. They always provided clean towels on the beach. Every day there was a children's animation with Sabrina, then an adult one (dancers were invited, an evening of live music, karaoke, dancing). The staff is responsive, always, if you had any questions, they answered, they told you what was where). Every day, lifeguards were on duty at the beach, if the air mattresses flew away, they were immediately caught up on the boat), there were no nuances.

Well, where should I start to tell about my impressions?
The hotel and location
Our hotel was located not far from the beach. It was very beautiful from appearance and in soft colors. The sea was in 2 minutes from the hotel. There was also very clean and neat pool in the hotel with warm water in every time of the day, which I liked the most.
The only annoying thing was that not all the umbrellas were open to protect from hot sun and every time I had to ask the workers to open them for us. And as they did something they were waiting for tips.
Let’s return to the first day of arrival. As soon as we got inside the hotel, the security started to check us. After that, we went into the hotel and went to the reception where we were welcomed by the staff of the hotel. They told us that we booked 2 rooms. We were given instructions what privileges we had in the hotel and on the beach. It would be much better that anyone from the staff could explain and present everything in person.
Unfortunately, we weren’t told that we had another choice or choices of rooms with nice view from the window or sea view. We were taken to the deserted place far from people and there were no one to speak or get accounted to. No nice view from my room, as soon as I opened my eyes in front of me there was a view of another hotel “Novotel”, cars and parking.
Shortly, I can’t share a single scene. The room was big and spacious. There were two beds with pillows, a TV, two phones (in the restroom also). There were all mince of convinces in the room for good and comfortable stay, in the restroom also. And another annoying thing was that the water went out of the cabin while taking a shower, the same problem was in neighbor’s room also. We told the problem to that staff many times but it wasn’t solved during all the stay in the hotel.
A special thanks to the GUY who cleaned our room. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name.

The Restaurant and meals
As soon as we went to the restaurant we were welcomed by two girls with nice smiles. One was Jasmin and another one was Promenade’s black pearl, Samra. I liked Samra so much that I went to the bar 8 times a day just to admire her beauty.
It was a huge restaurant with plenty of meals, salads, desserts, cold water and juices. I liked the pineapple juice so much that I could return to the Egypt, to the same restaurant just to drink that . The meal was varied and tasty, for any kind of taste. I had no time to taste everything but what I ate I like. Different kind of cakes, variety of salads and meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, several types of soup in which I add crackers and it became an immortal meal  also an exclusive meal for a day!
To tell the truth the crackers were also good with beer, so try it like that.
What to tell about tea and coffee? There were 8 types of equipment for coffee if not more. I recommend you to try also white and red wines, which were very tasty.
The chefs were preparing omelettes in various times of the day with their own fillings, pasta with various sauces and roasts, especially with cheese sauce. Grilled kebabs, chicken and other goodies from a generous chef. The shawarma made on site and mixed seafood were very special to me. There were also dishes for diabetics or those on strict diets that did not contain any spices or other additives. For breakfast I really enjoyed the wide variety of jams I spread on toasted bread also a pancake with chocolate. Every day the chef gave me the dishes prepared for the day. Since I love to cook, I was satisfied with both the dishes and the work of skilled chefs.

I was not satisfied with the fact that when I asked the servants for free alcoholic drink they told that they have only beer, but a little later I have found out that the wine is free and also included in all-inclusive package!
Also three of us got stomach ache from the beef in the oven, be attentive while trying it.
My desire was to eat such things in the restaurant that we could not eat every day in our country (mangoes, coconuts or other tropical and exotic fruits, or seafood (except for ordinary fish).

The Beach and the pool
The pool was just in front of the hotel. The serving staff kept it clean and neat. There was a yellow sand in the beach, was cleaned from stones or other things and you could easily walk with bare feet. There were all umbrellas to protect from sun and were warm showers in different places on beach to wash sand and salt from body.
The sea was wonderful, the seashore was cleaned from corals and stones. The water was so clear that we could see beautiful fish while swimming. In one word you must go there and to see all these with your own eyes.
It was forbidden to go to swim in the evening, but once I asked the staff and went to the see to sit on a beach and admire the beauty.
There was a bar on a beach where I tried different cocktails every day and traditional fruit ice-cream. There was an area for playing volleyball on a beach and also doing yoga.
I am not satisfied with the man providing us with towels. When I tried to give back the towel, he told me to keep the towel with us because with the next day upcoming event (Novruz Bayram) they were expecting many guests. I advised him not to get angry, as it was my last day there. However, the next morning when I went to the beach, people were less than usual and he silently gave me the towel.

Also I am not satisfied with the barman working on a beach bar because when I asked him to give me a cocktail he told me that I must pay for it but as it turned out it was out of charge and everybody got cocktails or beer without paying, unfortunately I found out it after three days that all cocktails in beach bar were including in all exclusive package.

The entertainment and the Animators
The entertainment program was varied from shows, water sports, stretching exercises, physical education games, dance lessons, karaoke and to the bikini competition.
I was surprised with Jadi among the animators. She was very friendly and open-minded personality full with positive energy. Will be superfluous to talk about her beauty. She introduced all guests with each other and created a positive atmosphere to make the holiday even more wonderful. She convinced me to take part in day activities. I have never imagined that I could do gymnastics at the sea. She was very attentive and followed all participants’ physical condition. Then she convinced me to take part in the competition where beside physical condition also teamwork was required. As our instructor was Jadi we won the competition.
I never liked Latin-American dances but as Jadi insisted I went to beach classes. I also took part in the stretching exercises that Jadi did herself. There were also group dances and painting ceremonies. At the dinner, Jadi greeted us again with her gorgeous look and invited us to the evening show.
We don’t forget about Kareem. What can I tell about him? Very funny and good animator! He did water gymnastics and Latin-American dances by himself. He talk to us every day and once even did a free massage for me 
Thanks to Jadi and Kareem because I didn’t gain weight even lost it for 2 kgs.
I am not satisfied with the work of DJ. His music made a headache and didn’t dance under it at all. For several times I asked him to put Armenian music, after that he put music- words in Armenian but the singer was foreigner. For 9 days, I heard Armenian only twice. I can’t tell good things about him, maybe he was told not to put good music in order to convince people at night to go to clubs for 15-20 dollars payment, don’t know.
I suggest him to update his playlist with good music, to have at least four national music that suits to each country.
Now I rise these issues in my letter, which is addressed, to the manager and administrator of the hotel. I ask them to be more consistent to the staff of the hotel and have at least two professionals being familiar to the rules of the hotel. I write both good and bad things, which I faced there and for you to solve and to give people more good service.
Anyway, I showed all the photos to my friends and relatives and I recommend them to come and have vacations in this hotel.
I hope that all the disadvantages will be solved and make people's stay there more comfortable.

The best hotel so far! Highly recommended, just have to work more on having better animation team, other than this, all was perfect!

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a disaster.
🍽️ Food: The worst part by far. Every meal was bland, poorly cooked, and downright suspicious. Several of us ended up with stomach pain that lasted days. It felt like they were serving leftovers from last week. If you value your health, eat elsewhere.
🙅‍♂️ Staff: Shockingly rude and unhelpful. Any request was met with eye rolls or flat-out refusal. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there.
🏨 Hotel Quality: The entire place felt run-down and neglected. At night, it was dead silent and boring—no entertainment, no atmosphere, just a depressing vibe.
🚶‍♀️ Room Location: Our room was absurdly far from everything. We had to walk long distances just to reach the reception or dining area. No shuttles, no help—just endless walking.
🚽 Toilets: Absolutely disgusting. The flush barely worked, and the bathroom smelled constantly. It was honestly one of the worst parts of the stay.
❌ Overall: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s uncomfortable, unfriendly, and unhealthy. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

The hotel was really lovely and i enjoyed my time there. They had a big pool out back with access to a private beach which i enjoyed. would love to stay there again

Good experience. Beautiful hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The animation guys very good, very professional and nice. We spent a wonderful holiday. Food needs to improve ( but not bad).. need more variety.

Overall we ended up with a good vacation.

We used to visit sharm , but this time it was the best experience ever, thanks Mohammed Esam from room service, Waleed from the reception, you both guys make our stay more comfortable 🙏

Resepsiyonda calısan Talip ve Muhammed Bey islerinde profesyonel ve cok yardımseverlerdi. Genel anlamda tum personel iyi ve yardımseverdi. Otel eski renevasyon ihtiyacı var ozellikle oda mobilya ve banyolarında.Accor grubuna yakısmayan bir otel umarım yetkililer yazdıklarımı dikkate alır. Acık bufe yemekler cok zayıf zaten bize hitap etmiyor. Sahilde deniz anası vardı can sıkıcıydı. Kısa surelı konaklama yapılabilir ama yazılan yorumları mutlaka dikkate alın.

It was just awesome. The level of the hotel is amazing: kind, friendly and cheerful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is unusual for me personally (I'm from Russia), but it's quite varied and delicious - you won't stay hungry for sure. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will serve you anything you want. In the evening, the bar hosts a program: the last two days there have been contests "Miss Hotel and Mr. hotel" (I took Mr. hotel)) ) In general, I want to say that the hotel is just great, as are its staff. I'll definitely come back again, but with friends or a girlfriend.

Posizione della struttura fronte mare con spiaggia privata e servizio bar in spiaggia, posizione in Naama bay abbastanza comoda per muoversi anche a piedi.
Piscina veramente molto bella, in generale struttura hotel bella e ristorante con ampio buffet per tutti i gusti.
Camere grandi (io avevo una Deluxe, 2 queen size bed, beach side).
Da migliorare arredamento delle camere un pò obsoleto e sicuramente da rimodernare i bagni, molto vecchi.
Personale gentile e disponibile, nel complesso esperienza ottima.
