Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable, and the bed, in particular, provided an excellent night sleep. The entire hotel was impeccable clean, and we enjoyed a very relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was good and the medical/spa treatments were excellent. The entire staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. We would like to especially thank Prof.Jimmy, who was superb. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality wellness.

В отеле "Аква" мы полноценно отдохнули перед дальнейшим путешествием по Италии. Невероятно отзывчивый, дружелюбный и компетентный персонал на ресепшене.
Свободная, расслабленная атмосфера, просторные номера. Завтраки просто не оставляют желать лучшего - свежевыжатые соки, любой вкусный кофе, лосось, яйца, выпечка на любой вкус.

Una vera coccola a 360 gradi soggiornare all’Hotel Aqua. Tutto molto piacevole e rilassante.
Pros:

Tutto perfetto: accoglienza , gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, pulizia delle camere , della SPA e della struttura in generale, colazione ottima e variegata, cena ottima ed abbondante, ottima scelta di vini. Orario della piscina fino alle 24 e’ stato molto apprezzato. Sauna riservata su prenotazione anch’essa molto apprezzata.

Grazie a tutti, ci siamo sentiti come a casa e torneremo molto volentieri!
Pros:

Super l’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff, che ti fa sentire veramente benvenuto e coccolato.
Buffet per la colazione variato, abbondante, fresco e tutto ottimo. Anche a cena niente da dire, piatti ben presentati e deliziosi. Menu variato e fresco.
Posizione centrale, in zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro. Appena partiti avevamo già voglia di tornare.

Cons:

Solo un pò più di attenzione al buffet della colazione, spesso mancavano i piatti, le tazze o le ciotole. Alla richiesta comunque il personale rispondeva prontamente e si scusava per la mancanza.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Netter kostenfreier Umdrunk mit kleinem Imbiss für alle Gäste.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, sauber und das Bett war bequem. Man konnte ausgezeichnet schlafen.
Gutes Frühstück bis 11:00 h, toll für Langschläfer, leider wurde es nicht immer gut aufgefüllt.
Es wird erfreulicherweise ein Entsafter angeboten, welcher aber nur von Angestellten bedient werden darf, sofern einer vor Ort ist!🥴
Den Pool kann man bis spät Abends nutzen.
Minibar im Zimmer.
Man kommt fußläufig gut ins Zentrum.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge (Padua, Venedig versch. Schlösser u. Villen ect.)
Das Abschiedsgeschenk (lokales Olivenöl) war eine nette Geste!
Parkplatz vorhanden.

Cons:

Im Eingangsbereich lagen während des ganzen Aufenthalts mehrere Regenschirme auf dem Boden verteilt-sieht nicht gepflegt aus.
Deutsche Fernsehsender waren leider nicht immer beständig, so dass das Bild oft verschwamm. Das ZDF war leider überhaupt nicht zu sehen.
Das Essen im Bistro hat noch „Luft nach oben“, auch sieht das Interieur aus, wie in einer Kantine.
Es gab nur eine große Zudecke, welche sich dann auch noch ohne Bettbezug nur in Bettlacken befand, dies ist zwar in Südeuropa oft üblich, macht es aber deshalb leider nicht besser.
Das Auffüllen der Frühstückskomponeten könnte schneller erfolgen-heute hat u. s. z. B. um 9:40 h bereits das ganze Brot-bis auf das Toastbrot gefehlt, und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Pfannkuchen habe ich auch nur einmal während unseres Urlaubs bekommen, diese waren anscheinend schon immer vergriffen, bis wir zum Frühstücken kamen.
Auch am Saftstand, wo frische Säfte zubereitet werden, war heute leider kaum ein Angestellter zu sehen, so konnte man leider keine Order abgeben.
Das Interieur im Zimmer ist schon ein bisschen old Fashion, aber alles sauber, deshalb kein Problem.
