Es war sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und somit ein riesiges Zimmer erhalten. Es war fast wie eine Wohnung. Ganz toll. Frühstück ausreichend. Großer schöner Empfangsbereich. Genügend und große Parkplätze vorhanden und vor allem waren sie im Preis inkludiert. Die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Perfekt.

Heel fijn hotel om Siena te bezoeken, zeker als je met eigen auto bent.
Pros:

Het hotel is aan de rand van Siena gelegen en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. Het is mooi ruim van opzet en de kamers zijn ook prima. Wij kregen ongevraagd een upgrade naar een suite en dat is natuurlijk altijd leuk.
Het personeel was echt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top gewoon. Engels spreken was geen probleem.
Met de taxi naar Siena centrum wordt bij de receptie geregeld en een ritje kost ongeveer 10 a 12 euro. Wij hebben de auto dus lekker veilig bij het hotel laten staan en een aantal keren de taxi benut.
Het zwembad was ook prima maar nog wel wat fris.
Tot slot: in de kamer was een strijkplank en een strijkijzer aanwezig. Dat zie je maar zelden en is natuurlijk top om je kleding weer even glad te krijgen nadat je het uit de koffer hebt gehaald.

Cons:

Het restaurant serveert goed eten maar is wat sober qua ambiance. Iets meer sfeer verlichting bij het diner zou al helpen.

We mostly hear “No!” for our requests.
Pros:

Only the waitress in the pizzeria and the guy with the ponytail in the breakfast area was nice. Location was okay as well.

Cons:

Room is quite old without any insulation. You hear everything around the room.
Room’s temperature cannot be altered according to the reception. There was no extra heater provided.
Breakfast was not very good, there was even plastic cups for drinks.
I found the reception employees were quite rude
Parking was quite tricky, even though the car is needed to be there

Pros:

La chambre est grande et la literie confortable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner proposé n’est pas adapté à la clientèle française - le fromage n’a pas de goût alors que la région propose du pecorino de qualité - le thé est également de mauvaise qualité - je conseille de prendre l’hébergement sans petit déjeuner

De los mejores hoteles de todo mi recorrido
Pros:

El hotel 10/10 muy cómodo y amplio, es retirado del casco antiguo pero fácil de llegar si tienes carro o en taxi, super amplia la habitación, y todas las partes sociales

Cons:

Me parece que para ser un hotel de alta categoría le hace falta personal, tanto en el comedor como en el bar, es solo una sola persona en el bar y la verdad es un hotel muy concurrido y tiene muchos eventos, lo mismo en le comedor, el desayuno estuvo regular le falta variedad y las máquinas del cafe siempre tenían fila y se dañaban todos los días.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié au cours de notre séjour à l'hôtel, l'espace, la décoration moderne, le confort. Nous avons apprécié également l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil, au bar, au restaurant. Les hôtesses nous ont bien conseillés et aidés pour nous déplacer à Sienne et à Florence. Merci à elles. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol pour moi, les robinets séparés eau chaude et eau froide. Ils sont beaux mais nous n'avons plus l'habitude de faire des mélanges.

Goede bedden mooi zwembad
Pros:

Goede bedden en gordijnen. Prachtig zwembad. Goede parkeerplaats. Leuk terras. Dagelijks schone kamer.

Cons:

Kleine oude douche en douchekop, vochtige kleine badkamer, temperatuur in de kamer moeilijk te regelen. Lang wachten bij inchecken. Ongezellige locatie/ omgeving. Kleine sauna in de gym. Koud restaurant. Veel grote groepen. Bar niet heel gezellig.
