Functional
Pros:

Close to the Hospital, within quite boring surroundings. Several old olive trees in the parking lot improve the impression. It's not a romantic hotel, seldom a Sheraton be. The reception and structures give a cold impression. However, we were given an upgraded room and were told how to reach the old town best and where to park the car easily. They have a weird policy with their WiFi - one has to sign in with their Facebook account, and not having one means no access. The breakfast was OK, but nothing extraordinary.

Pros:

È un hotel davvero bello. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre, nonostante avessi una prenotazione standard, mi hanno assegnato una suite. La colazione era eccellente. Sono molto soddisfatto.

If you are looking for a cool room to come in the evening and relax then this is not the place.
Pros:

Quiet location, clean hotel

Cons:

Air conditioner was not working, room temperature was continuously at 25.5 degrees which made it very hot. Although we complained it was not resolved. Secondly breakfast was very monotonous with the same spread every single day.

Wenn Sie privaten Verkehrsmittel haben, ist das Hotel wirklich zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Ruhiges Zimmer, grosses Bett, Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, Badetücher sind täglich gewechselt. Täglich frisches Wasser, Sehr angenehmes Personal, Sehr viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung (ausgenommen wenn Seminar/Konferenz im Hotel organisiert sind), Einfach mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück sind gekochte Eier kalt.

Pros:

The reception staff member with glasses was kind and helpful, as well as the lady at breakfast (the one without glasses), who was very pleasant.

The bedding was also comfortable.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience at this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. There were ants, the hotel feels old and poorly maintained, and the soundproofing is extremely poor — we could clearly hear everything from neighboring rooms, including toilets and TV, which made it impossible to rest properly.

When we raised these issues, no real solution was offered. We were shown another room, but it was of the same standard and did not solve the problem. The staff was rigid and not particularly pleasant, which made the situation even more frustrating.

The most shocking part was the attitude of a staff member who spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner when we simply asked for extra pillows. This is absolutely not acceptable, especially from a hotel of this brand.

Overall, a very disappointing stay, with poor service and no willingness to take customer concerns seriously.

I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Struttura nuova,arredata perfettamente e con un bagno davvero spettacolare comodo anche con un bambino di 4 anni(doccia extra large)
Letto favoloso,due cuscini a testa,extra coperta nell' armadio,ciabatte e non da tutti gli hotel un phon professionale!!in queste piccole cose si capisce il valore dell' hotel!

Parcheggio sicuro,gratuito,comodo anche con macchine grosse e davanti all'ingresso dell' hotel.

Colazione buona con macchina per fare i pancake, purtroppo scarseggiava la frutta ma diciamo che il periodo non ha aiutato(fine marzo).
Cappuccino fatto con la macchinetta ma non abbiamo neanche chiesto se ne potesse avere uno dal bar,lo staff lo avrebbe sicuramente procurato perché davvero gentile e attento al cliente.

Il centro città dista 4 Min di automobile.
Molto comoda la posizione se si vuole visitare la zona circostante e limitrofa.
