Cons:

You cancelled my reservation at the LAST MINUTE !!!!! Minutes before check in! How do you get away with doing something like this???? And, then I receive an email advising that I might be subject to penalty fees for canceling with less than a 24-hour notice ?!?!?! Go away! Stop asking for my review.

Cons:

You treated us like trash since we were not part of a wedding. We were told that we could not check in until the wedding guest were accommodated. So we had to wait until you rearranged people's rooms. Not cool and not fair to us. Told we could not use the back patio asked why and did not give explanation. I walked by the hostess and sat down. Bartender was rude, disrespectful and throwing stuff at us. I could go on but what's the point. You don't care.

Pros:

Location was great, easy in/out off the highway and within walking distance of restaurants. View from our room was amazing! Makes me want to come back during a game!

Great location, very under impressed with the room and staff

The location was amazing! We loved that we could walk to sNHU ice stadium.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful and the beds were uncomfortable. It was also not clean. When we arrived, we saw that there was a blood stain on the top mattress comforter. We called down and they didn’t even replace it with a new mattress comforter but just gave another set of sheets. Also, I was told on booking, that I’d be entitled to late check out and they didn’t honor it. They only gave me 15 minutes and said that they wouldn’t do anything beyond that

Staff was great! Public areas clean and inviting.

Cons:

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Chairs in room very uncomfortable in pretty bad condition. When sitting in reading chair you sank very low and extremely difficult to get up from. Other guests I knew were staying there said the very same thing.
