Şehirdeki konumu, Nil manzaralı bahçesi ve otel mutfağının müthiş lezzetleri deneyiyimi güzel kılan şeylerdi.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve nazik, bir problem olunca hemen çözmeye gayret ediyorlar ve mutlu olmanız için çaba sarfediyorlar. Odalara gelince, odalar temiz mi pis mi karar veremedim. Çarşaflar ve oda oldukça temiz fakat benim temizlik anlayışıma göre asla kabul edilemez bir durum mevcut; banyoda duşakabinlerin her yerinde inanılmaz derecede küf var. Ben 2 odayı gördüm, ilk odamdan 1.gece çıktım. Odaların tasarımını çok beğendim, mobilyalar masif ahşap ve odaya çok güzel renk tonları hakim. Fakat duş alamadım. Bu benim için çok çok büyük bir eksiklik. Odada terlik yoktu, ben isteyince verdiler. Bakım kiti de yoktu. Sürüdülürebilir turizm için sıkmalı şişelerde sabun ve duş jeli koymuşlar ama ben kişiye özel şampuan ve sabun isterdim. Yanımda getirdiğim şampuan ve sabunu kullandım. Bu eksiklikleri maalesef ki böylesi güzel bir otelle bağdaştıramadım.
Bir not: lobiye bakan oda ayırtırsanız sabahın erken saatlerinde gelen turlar veya kalabalık grupların sesinden uyuyamayabilirsiniz fakat Mısır’a gelirken çoğu otelde sessiz bir ortam bulamayacaksınız, en iyisi yanınızda kulak tıpası getirin.

Superbe hotel tres bien place. L'hotel est propre er le personnel est vraiment gentil et bienveillant.
Nous avions une chambre donnant sur le nil avec une vue incroyable. La piscine sur nil esr aussi incroyable.

Οι εξωτερικοί και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι ανακαινισμένοι. Ειδικά ο κήπος και η πισίνα πάνω στο Νείλο προσφέρονται για χαλάρωση. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα από το Ναό του Λούξορ, λίγα μέτρα από το Νείλο. Μου άρεσε ότι προσφέρονται έξτρα προϊόντα όπως παντόφλες μόνο όταν ζητηθεί. Είναι σημαντικό βήμα για την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος η αποφυγή της σπατάλης προϊόντων.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte vom südlichen Ende der Corniche/Promenade entfernt, so lässt sich Luxor Tempel und Suq bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt., die Terrasse, der Garten und der Pool (mit Poolbar) haben einen einmaligen Ausblick auf den Nil, der zum Sonnenuntergang mit dem Blick auf die Feluken nochmals getoppt wird. Der Pool war beheizt und machte den Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht abreisen....

This is the only hotel we stay in when visiting Luxor. We have stayed her around 7 times and returned here after a 6 year gap. It was like coming home, obviously they had some new staff members but also many familiar faces were still there. There are numerous members of staff that made our stay extra special.
We had originally booked a partial Nile view room but found it a little noisy due to traffic noise and being light sellers so we upgraded to a Nile View and it was fabulous.
The pool is extra special, if is floating on the Nile, and the gardens you walk through to get to it are lovely. Kept immaculate by the hard work of the gardeners.
We must make special mentions of some the staff. Firstly Mahmoud on reception, such a lovely young man. Always smiling and helpful and ready with a greeting. Then there was Marina, first relations I think it was. We had many chats with her, always with a cheerful greeting and a smile. The bar had many helpful staff, a special mention to Mohammed and Hamdy, who both made the perfect G&T, once again ready with a smile. Yasser in the restaurant, another of the familiar faces was fabulous as always as was Kamal in the Sultana restaurant. Down by the pool was Refaat, running the area with ease. Always ready to get you a towel and a parasol. He was also on hand to clean our sunglasses, we have never had such clean lens on holiday. All of the staff were excellent and are what makes this hotel stand out. From the guards to the managers they are there for their guests, ready with a smile a greeting and always there to help. Well done Iberotel you are the best.

Ahmed, responsable a été d'une très grande aide pour échanger avec nos interlocuteurs Égyptien, , il parle très bien français. Vraiment merci Ahmed. Petit déjeuner continental, 3 restaurants au choix, dont un en buffet.
