The breakfast was nice. There was a good variety of options and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent! When I looked at the shower head, I thought that it might be one of those rain heads that I don't like. The shower was so invigorating! I like the soaps and amenities that are not the single use kind. Overall, it was a good experience.
I can't think of anything that was worth complaining about. They did a great job.

It was very close to where we wanted to be. The beds were very comfortable. Fridge,microwave, and coffee maker were all functional. Breakfast was decent.

Location was good, especially if you're coming into the city from the north and want to avoid traffic. Breakfast options were good and the food was fresh. Having both turkey and pork sausage options was great. The hot tub was also very pleasant. Room was clean and the bed was comfy.
I think there were supposed to be bagels, which there were none of. Also there was some miscommunication between staff members. I asked about checking in early at around noon and was told via message that as long as there were rooms available that we could check in any time after noon and there would be no additional charge, yet when we went to do so at about 12:05 another woman came to the girl checking us in and told her to charge us extra for checking in early, so she wanted to charge us an additional $45, which I refuted by showing her the email I received that said it was free. The girl didn't really know what to do and the entire ordeal seemed pretty unprofessional so we just left for a few hours and checked in after dinner, and the guy who was working then was much better.
The property was a great location. Minutes from lots of thoroughfares and shops around them.
It’s been a while since small repairs and minor upkeeps have been made to the entire property. There were exposed nails around the jacuzzi in the room where the tile and carpet meet, the pleather finish is coming off of every seat in the dining hall, the windows all have a film over them from weather and time.
Room was clean and bed was comfy
Outdated for price and it would be nice if tbe pool and hottub hours ran a bit later so we could have used them.
Location was excellent with Costco across the street,Superstore across the street, Londonderry mall a few minutes away and many fast food restaurants close. The morning breakfast was absolutely awesome better than we thought Cleanliness perfect.
