Need to updating carpet is very old. Going into the bathroom carpet was worn and had sharp things sticking up. Shower head needs to be replaced. Thanks

We had a really good stay, great room and staff, jacuzzi tub on a super cold day, great way to spend Christmas 🎄 😀
The only thing we didn't like is that our android box wouldn't work, that means it was blocked and that's unnecessary
The breakfast was good. I liked how the hotel desk was able to correct a mistake the booking.com system made. I tried to book my room through booking.com. I was sent a confirmation email but then another message saying the booking didn’t work. I then rebooked a room directly with the hotel through their website. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had booked two rooms, one through booking.com and one through their website hotel. The hotel desk cancelled my hotel booking, thankfully. Booking.com screwed this up. Something weird going on wtheir system. In the future, I will book directly with the hotel and avoid the headache of a glitchy third party. The hotel gets bonus points for helping me out of the problem.
Nothing not to like
Food, kitchen staff, the cleaners, and receptionists were welcoming to me. Because of the above mentioned I’m expecting to book again for my December trip. Please, keep it up
People and food. If may request you guys, improve the parking and gym. Swimming pool was good maintained and I would like to use it again my December trip.
