Cons:

The aircon was set at 26° which is quite warm and i couldnt set it manually..Being paid for the room which is quite big,the aircon should be able to set manually and not being set up..
The room needs to be inspected thoroughly before releasing to the guest as such the experience i had the fridge either was faulty or the thermostat have been adjusted to zero..thus the fridge was not even functioning..Rest,is all good..

Pros:

Thumbs up to Rossa who upgrade our 3 rooms with view, n gave very friendly service n explanation as we had missed out on reserve the rooms with breakfast.
Good location n clean rooms, will keep in mind when our visit to Batam in the future.

Cons:

Seems like the toilet walls not being clean properly as some does look slay when touch.

Everything is average, from front desk service,breakfast and quality of the hotel accessories.
Pros:

The bed is just nice not too hard or too soft but only provide one pillow each for two single bed only give one extra in the cupboard.

Cons:

The towels look old . color not as white .

Disappointing but if you close both eyes, acceptable.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, warm, friendly and patient, and the location of the hotel was good. Generally the lobby and restaurant were neat and clean. Breakfast was basic and the food was acceptable. Overall could be better.

Cons:

Firstly, we booked this hotel as it stated that it had a pool - we were disappointed to find that the pool was devoid of water and there was no notice or anything about the facilities being under maintenance or works. During check-in at about 3.45-4pm, our rooms were not ready. The rooms we selected were non-smoking, but the whole of level 3 reeked of cigarette smoke from the moment we exited the elevator.

The rooms were basic, furniture looked worn, bathtub had stains, hair and cracks in the surface. The towels provided were clearly old and worn out as they were greyish-white. We found bugs in the sink, the room smelled musty, the carpet looked so bad we didn't want our feet to touch it. There were room slippers provided, however they were not even packaged and didn't look sanitary...so we wore our own slippers in the room.

The facilities did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
