There was a cemetery near the hotel. However, I am not afraid of Western ghosts.

Hotel nám veľmi vyhovoval svojou polohou. Raňajky boli vynikajúce a personál veľmi ústretový. Je to veľmi príjemný hotel, z ktorého je všade tak akurát blízko.
Veľmi suchý vzduch v izbe a nemožnosť poriadne vyvetrať.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable behavior and attitude displayed by a member of your reception team named Rose during my arrival today.
After a long international trip, I arrived at your hotel today and checked into Room 310. I chose your property because it is part of a well-known international hospitality chain, and I expected a professional and welcoming experience consistent with that reputation.
Unfortunately, the behavior I encountered at reception was the opposite. The receptionist, Rose, spoke to me and members of my group in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. We have a group booking of 15 rooms, and instead of assisting us with courtesy and professionalism, she treated us in a very hostile way.
What was particularly concerning was that she threatened to call security on us without any reasonable justification. Her tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude were insulting and completely inappropriate for someone working in guest relations.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, currently serving as a Regional Director of Sales, I understand the importance of guest experience and professional conduct. What we experienced today falls far below the standards expected from an international brand and was deeply disappointing, especially upon arrival after a long journey.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated. I would also appreciate a response from management explaining how this situation will be addressed, as the treatment we received was unacceptable.

Lokalizacja. Na przeciwko centrum handlowe, blisko do starego miasta.
Hotel najpierw próbował nasz oszukać z rezerwacją. Twierdzili że jeden z pokoi jest bez śniadania. Pani z hotelu chciała zobaczyć w aplikacji bookingu że oba są ze śniadaniami ale biedna nie rozumiała po polsku. Po dosłownie minucie jej sprawdzania w systemie okazało się że jednak oba pokoje są ze śniadaniami. Potem obsługa pobrała depozyt na 2500 koron, następnie przy wymeldowaniu okłamano nas że depozyt nie został pobrany i muszą go pobrać ponownie. Tylko że tym razem w wysokości ponad 4tys koron. Do tego doliczyli jeszcze już opłacone zakupy w sklepiku hotelowym. W sumie zablokowano nam 8tys koron bo obsługa nie potrafi policzyć trzech dób na parkingu i dwóch psów przebywających na ich terenie przez trzy dni. Nie polecam. Do tego warstwy kurzu na półkach i pokoje hotelowe które czasy świetności mają już za sobą. W tej samej cenie w Polsce są hotele w o wiele lepszym standardzie.
