Room was clean and personnel was professional. Central location very close to old city of Tunis.

I stayed here for a week during a business trip and everything exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, the staff were professional and friendly, and the room was spotless with modern amenities. Breakfast was great, and Wi-Fi worked perfectly for work calls. Would definitely return and recommend to colleagues.

Old fashioned well situated Hotel of el mouradi chain hotels. Poor breakfast and poor dinner. I would try another. I couldn't because I was in a organised tour...🤷🏻‍♂️

This property is supposed to be 5 star but it’s not it’s only 3 star the reception person was very rude and the property should be cleaned

I stayed at this hotel the rooms are really clean and good the service is absolutely exceptional and the receptionists were very very helpful and there is Maram the guest relation was very helpful too and approachable I would recommend anyone to book and stay in this hotel

Terrible bellmen , I remember asking one for help to get a taxi and he told me to go to the street and look for one myself in a very rude way
The rooms are ok but the furniture is very old. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is ok but the towels looked and felt very old
Breakfast is good and the restaurant service is ok
I noticed that it’s considered 5 stars but I think I would give it 3 stars at max !!

The hotel location was really perfect, in lahbib bourguiba street ,it reminds me some how about the french streets.near to so many historical monuments in the city .
Staff are professional and helpful.

Friendly staff. Great customer service. Marram provided great customer service. She arranged a good driver and tour guide who took us to coastal towns.

Had an amazing time at Africa Hotel Tunis! The location is perfect, right in the city center, close to everything. The rooms were super clean and comfy, with a great view🥰 the staff were friendly especially Maram the guest relation she was so lovely and always making sure I had everything I needed also the breakfast was really good with lots of options. Definitely a great place to stay in Tunis❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’d totally come back!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, Maram was a great help too she was friendly and sweet
The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a stunning view of the city.
Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options, and the location couldn’t be better—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I truly felt like a valued guest and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Five stars all the way!

I recently stayed at Hotel Africa and it was an incredible experience the staff was extremely welcoming and the rooms had very nice views on the habib bourguiba avenue and the hotels location is perfect close to everything in the city 👌 I highly recommend it

Safe environment,great place good food .Everyone is friendly but the best one was Maram at the front desk ,she helped us check in and always checked up on us.Her English is fluent .The chefs are also friendly I loved the pizza parlour and the cake table so nice.
