Un passo nella storia
Pros:

Struttura nel pieno centro del ghetto.

Cons:

Forse un po’ datata.
Stanno facendo i lavori e qualche piccolo rumore in più è sicuramente ammissibile. Per il resto è in sintonia con il quartiere.

Pros:

La camera era pulita bagno bello con una doccia grande. Posizione Fantastica all'interno del quartiere ebraio

Cons:

Struttura vecchiotta. La nostra camera era divisa da una porta chiusa da quella accanto (volendo, camere comunicanti per capirci) ma si sentivano le voci dei vicini molto bene. Personale poco empatico.

Syntes personale i resepsjonen kunne vært litt mere imøtekommende.

Lovely hotel with the comfiest bed I have slept in.
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. I am only marking this down one point due to renovations being undertaken in their restaurant which woke us up early every morning.

Dusty, Dingey, building work going on early mornings.
Pros:

Would not have gone to this hotel if we would have known what was happening. It was dusty, dark. There was building work going on in the hotel on the restaurant attached. We booked this in November so they defiantly had time to tell us about the up coming work on the hotel. There was building work going on early morning, banging. Drilling, work men smoking outside, dusty foot prints, the air felt dusty. The shower head in our room did not work, only the rainfall shower head which i did not want to use as i did not want to get my hair wet. The floor was soaked every-time due to the shower door being an odd design. The hotels hoover lived outside our room? Was not moved once in the 5 nights we were there. The two men on reception were welcoming and smiley. That was the only good thing about the hotel. The lady didn’t feel so welcoming. It was meant to be 4 stars? It seemed like a very run down experience that was not worth the money at all.

Cons:

Jeg kom til en byggeplass. Ikke tilbud om frokost
Fikk rom i fjerde etasje. Heisen gikk til tredje. Ingen info om dette på forhånd.
Ble mottatt uten smil av en resepsjonist som så ut til å ønske seg langt bort. Hilste aldri når jeg kom ned om morgenen. På rommet stod det to vannflasker, men ingen flaskeåpner.
Dette skal være et fire stjerners hotell. Jeg forventer å bli ønsket velkommen med et smil.
Prisen på oppholdet samsvarte ikke med service.
Jeg er ofte i Krakow. Dette var første gang på Hotel Ester. Det blir nok den siste.

Enjoyable, value for money
Pros:

Situated in a lovely square with a few restaurants and bars. 20 minutes into main square. Comfortable beds. Can’t comment on breakfast as the hotel’s room was being refurbished. Great reception staff especially the guy who works at the weekend/Monday… kind and thoughtful

The location was great and everything was very nearby, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality of the rooms. The beds were very small, and the shower had an issue where water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was used.

The staff also seemed quite uninterested. The only person who appeared genuinely helpful and willing to answer questions was the man working there on my last day.

Another odd detail was the water bottles they provide — they give bottles but don’t open them for you, which I found unusual. Also, unlike most hotels I’ve stayed in, this one did not provide small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Overall, the location is the main advantage, but considering the price, the experience didn’t meet my expectations

Pros:

Rooms are nice and very clean. But, this is not a four star hotel. In particular, the breakfast buffet was very limited, barely a three star hotel. Note that the last floor has no elevator access. Staff was very helpful.
