La colazione un po' povera
Location was great. Although taxis often mixed it up with another local hotel Estera. Plenty of restaurants around.
Our room was a good size, and the sofa bed extended to a double. The bathroom was huge.
Free water each day in the room, but always sparkling.
Breakfast is in the basement, the stairway to which smelt dusty and damp.
Breakfast was the same each morning with very little variation. The selection wasn't very large.
Door of bedroom opened outwards into the corridor, and we were right by the lift so it could be noisy. I was afraid we would hit someone with the door every time I opened it.
Staff very helpful

Pěkný hotel v centru Kazimierze, příjemné ubytování
Hotel nemu žádné parkoviště a vzhledem k jeho poloze je problém sehnat parkovací místo v okolí.
The breakfast was phenomenal, we loved it, it is so worth it! The room is a nice size, the staff were mostly kind and accommodating. The area is very nice, we loved the location and it was very easy to come and go with public transportation. We appreciated the daily water in the room and the air conditioning as well. Overall we had a nice stay, even though we had incredibly noisy neighbours one night so I had to call down to the reception at midnight and the receptionist came up and handled it, so we really appreciated that as well.
While the room is a nice size the bathroom had the worst floorplan and the huge shower was not only not practical but the door did not close properly so we kept flooding the bathroom. There were no garbage bags in the cans, even though they cleaned them daily, this felt weird. More flat surfaces in the bathroom would be ideal. On our last day we had to leave super early due to our early flight and I let the reception know the day before, they could not put together a breakfast package for us, we could just go down and grab things prior leaving at like 6 am... We were not really hungry at this time and we could not grab things, just ate something little and left. This is not the staff's fault by any measure, they did what they could, management should have a process in place for these kinds of situations or at least a box or something that we can put stuff into ourselves. We have been all around Europe in not 4 star hotels, in multiple cities and they were preparing breakfast packages without any problems every time. The door was locking properly, however, had some type of gap with the lock so it was making noises. There was no shoehorn, the hairdryer was also not really good. These are small things, however, at a 4 star level these would matter I think.
