The staff were really friendly and always eager to help. Everything was organised for us around our tours, which was a huge help - we'd heard stories of people booking tours of Auschwitz and not getting in, so it was a huge relief that we wouldn't have to go through anything like this.
Honestly, nothing - the hotel was brilliant
Tolle Lage.

A unique hotel in a perfect location, with lots of great restaurants and a lovely wee bar across the road. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the retro touches, which included an old telephone to contact reception and unusual murals on the walls, were inspired and beautiful, adding character to the hotel. The daily complimentary water (still & sparkling) bottles in the room were greatly appreciated! The breakfast selection served in the cellar-like basement, although limited, was varied, including choices not only from Poland but from around the world. Delicious 😋 There is a local police station on the square where the hotel is - so no trouble 😉 We will definitely return - loved it!!
Only a few small niggles: we had to ask for our shampoo/body wash to be refilled; we had trouble getting the TV remote to work; although there are tea/coffee facilities in the room you have to pay fori milk; & we had
difficulties opening the safe in our room.
The Hotel Ester is one of my favorite places to stay in Kraków. The rooms are very large which is nice when traveling in pairs or with friends. I love being on the main square in the historic Jewish quarter. The staff is always so helpful. I have stayed here many times.
There was no longer an outside seating area and music; perhaps it was too early in the season, but I missed the music.
Die Betten waren super bequem!
Wir hätten gerne im Vorfeld gewusst, dass das Restaurant und die Bar zur Zeit geschlossen sind.
Location
As the restaurant was being refurbished there was no place available to get food or drink other than breakfast. Luckily enough there are many other restaurants in the square.
Położenie, personel, smaczne śniadania.
W nocy dość głośna okolica ale zatyczki do uszu załatwiają problem.
Stafff is great!!!
