Room was clean and spacious. Beautiful view of Boston
Close proximity to the airport and the staff was amazing especially Chris Enriquez- he went above and beyond every time to help me
Room could’ve been a lot cleaner. Noticed stains on the nightstand the day I arrived and housekeeping came twice and still never cleaned up the area not to mention the room smelled very bad when I first got in there. My main issue was another rep at the front desk overcharged my hold on my card. I am still waiting for that to clear it up, but it was as if I was charged double for my stay
Breakfast was ok it got cold quickly.
The bathroom was a mess, the toilet paper holder would not stay up so the roll kept sliding off on to the floor. The shower head was to low and wouldn't stay up right. There is rust on the door frame inside the bathroom. I tripped and fell, the tv was damaged, I told management before I checked out. They did not call or email me to talk about it they just charged my credit card 1048.05 dollars to replace it. It's not a new tv it has black tape on the corner like it already was damaged before. I could see charging me for half the replacement cost but not the whole thing. Not very perfesional to just charge me with no contact made.
Staff was great, breakfast was awesome, and the hotel had a Starbucks.
Bathroom in the room was dirty, the AC in the room wouldn’t cool the room and the family was up two nights in a row sweating, the pool was disgusting, and the onsite dinning “MJ Oconnors” was overpriced and pretty bad. I don’t usually review or complain, actually never wrote a bad review in my life, but for almost $500 a night I have expectations.
Emplacement très propre
Room was not ready until 10:30 PM unacceptable
Room was not ready
We appreciated the dining coupons! We had a lot we wanted to see and do so making my money go as far as possible was important. Thank you!
The bed was a little more firm than I am used to, but overall the room was very nice.
No breakfast taken
Big room size
Friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing
Bien, el café
Located on the same street and just a 20 minute walk from Boston South Station and the centre of the city.
Friendly, helpful staff, an extremely comfortable bed and room service.
It has a shop that sells stamps for your postcards and a bar in the lobby.
A little quirk that I liked, the floor number by the elevator lobby was made up of baseball bat's.
The property was nice and in a convenient location.
The lobby bar staff was not nice. I had two incidents and dealt with who seemed to be the manager and a bartender. They were both rude.
Would not pay 32 for buffet
Room wasn’t ready until after 5 even with an early check in request . Won’t be back
Location, it’s more of a business, conference hotel then a leisure. Bar area poor , nowhere comfortable to sit and relax outside of the room itself. The hotel had problems with its systems during our stay which did not help with our overall experience
