Had the most wonderful breakfast at the Sauciety. Mya was so gentle and the best hospitality you can ask in the very morning.
Went to Sauciety on the first floor of Westin for their breakfast. The service there is great, especially Sharon, who is very friendly! Will come here tomorrow for breakfast as well.

Staff was very friendly. Kenny was especially great - very personable and helpful. Rooms were fine but felt a little old (eg. Carpet)
I was there 4 nights for a convention. My room was quiet and functional. Nothing special. There were a few outdated features such as no charging outlets on the desk (had to bend down and plug into wall under desk) and dim lighting. Bathroom was fine except the plastic holder for the shampoo bottle was cracked so when you push the pump, the whole thing falls apart. Towels were thin and scratchy. Both mattress and pillows seemed extra-firm.
The lobby was large and got crowded in the evenings. MJ O'Connor's in the lobby had good food reasonably priced. The fitness room had a variety of equipment but on the small size for a large hotel (was crowded). I didn't use the pool. Elevators were pretty fast. The catering for the meeting rooms was below average (quality and taste of food not worth it considering the expense).
Kenny was amazing! He ensured my kids had a great time. Super friendly, really enriched our experience.
Had breakfast in the lobby and Kenny was our server. He was so friendly and very attentive. We were there for a birthday and he brought over a candle and pastries without us asking. He was fantastic!

Checked in on New Years Eve! The man checking us in was outstanding great personality and made the beginning of our New Years Eve the best his energy and enthusiasm was over the top just can’t say enough wish I remembered his name! The hotel is beautiful location was perfect our room was beyond perfect the view was amazing the bed was amazing and comfortable the room was so clean! The bar/restaurant was fun and full of nice friendly people including staff! We can’t wait to go back!
