Fun stay, perfect location in Banff.
Pros:

Loved the family suite. The kids loved the fun bunk beds. The shower was clean and had great pressure. Rooms are fun and modern. The lobby has a cool vibe with swinging chairs, games and hockey table top set to play. Kids loved it. A&W next door was super convenient when we were starving at 11pm when our flights came in late and we checked in late.

Location in Banff.

Cons:

Elevator broke down and we, as seventy-somethings, had to carry our own luggage upstairs. Staff did not try to relocate us or warn us of the problem. Overly hip room decor did not provide a comfortable place to sit or conveniently located power outlets for our devices. We had to crawl under the bed to plug two of them in. We were located in a different wing (far away) from our co-traveler after asking to be located close together. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the quirky design required one spouse crawling over the other to get in and out of bed.

Pros:

Fantastic! Rooms were spacious and well set out. Had everything we needed for our stay. Common area was a great place to spend time, loved the hot tub and the drink on arrival made us feel at home. Great place, highly recommend it!

Pros:

A 15 minute walk to downtown made it a great location, plus loved that the hotel offered free shuttle tickets if you didn’t want to walk. We loved the outdoor hot tub after a day of hiking. There was also live music one night which made it fun to hang in the lobby with a drink. Vibes of the hotel were 10/10. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Staying at Moxy was so much fun!
I liked that it had a more retro/ hip and fun vibe, made it stand out amongst the other places in the area.
My boyfriend and his dad also thought it was a neat hotel.
I especially enjoyed the heated pools. I spent an entire day in the jacuzzi doing work on my laptop and sitting by the pool, haha.
At check in we were each given a free drink token!
The rooms were very interesting too, instead of the usual bed next to bed layout they set it up so there way more room to move around.
Staff was very kind and helpful when we needed them.
The food served at the truck/ kitchen was also very good!

Overall, 10/10 stay and would stay again and recommend to friends or family!!

Great stay for older family in Banff
Pros:

We loved the family room for our family of 5 and the whole vibe of the hotel was great. Superb hotel to stay in for an older family.

Cons:

Noise from air con unit could not be fixed while we we were there but hotel did look to make things right as much as possible and staff were great.
