Very clean modern room and hotel. Very close to the Disneyland Parks and amazing customer service. Would definitely stay
Pros:

First thing was the staff was so excellent the customer service was phenomenal. It was really appreciated after a long ride. Very clean and modern room.

Cons:

Everything was amazing. The only thing I could think of would be free breakfast 😆.

Pros:

I will not stay at a Courtyard again. I think the “cafe” is such a horrible money grab serve a breakfast a don the pay for breakfast but then get a credit for extremely overpriced crap at the cafe is horrible.

Cons:

I recently stayed at this Courtyard location with my family and unfortunately had a frustrating experience.

We were assigned a room extremely far from the only working elevator. The room was located next to a non-working elevator, which meant a very long walk from the main entrance and the functional elevator. Traveling that distance multiple times with family made the situation even more inconvenient.

I asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch rooms due to the distance and the non-working elevator. The solution offered was a room only three doors down, which didn’t address the actual issue at all. It felt like there was little understanding of the problem or real effort to resolve it.

The location of the hotel is good, but the staff response was underwhelming and not particularly helpful. A bit more attentiveness and willingness to accommodate reasonable requests would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
