Good value, family friendly
Pros:

We loved the proximity to the Toy Story Parking shuttle to Disney. Kids loved the pool, which was warm. The hot tub wonderfully hot. There was even a third, small shallow baby pool. The pool towels were the biggest pool towels I have ever seen. We had a late dinner at the Bistro, with an excellent cobb salad. Jeff the main bar/dinner guy was kind and quickly got our starving kids food.

All staff was helpful, professional and friendly.

Walking in to the lobby late afternoon from Disney, hot and tired after walking back from the shuttle, we were greeted with complimentary ice cold water and juice. At check-in, the kids received a bag with juice, crayons and a coloring page. Those were nice touches welcoming us.

I like the big walk in shower, and thick towels. There was a microwave in the ice room, which was handy for a late dinner warm-up. The Bistro served Starbucks coffee, plus there was the Kurig with generic coffee in room.

The pillow top mattresses and fluffy pillows were comfy.

I would recommend this for families.

Cons:

Our room had a vibration which they said was from the elevator motor, but it was consistent and kind of unnerving. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

excellent stay.
Pros:

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Easy location, Beds were ok. Mattresses could be updated for more comfort. Location provided great access to restaurants.

Cons:

I really do not have anything I didn't like. There was not one poor experience and/or interaction during my stay. However, Parking is a bit challenging.

Disappointing
Cons:

I stayed here for one night and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but there were several issues during our stay.

When we first checked in, they told us they couldn’t find our reservation and suggested we might be at the wrong hotel, mentioning that people often confuse them with another hotel down the street. We drove around trying to find the other location with no luck, only to later double-check our reservation and realize we were at the correct hotel all along. When we returned, they were able to find our booking—it turns out the system had entered my last name as my first name and vice versa.

After finally getting to our room late (around 10:30pm), we toon showers and got ready for bed. While using the hair dryer that’s provided from the hotel, the power in the entire room went out around 11:30pm. When I called the front desk, we were told we had to pack up all of our belongings and switch rooms because the electrician had already gone home. Having to fully move rooms that late at night was extremely inconvenient.

Overall, while the staff was kind, the experience was stressful and poorly handled. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
