This room was just what we needed for our last night in Greece. The staff was very friendly, and the room was perfect!
Incredible room, clean and quiet
The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful garden and patio. It is very central next to shops but very quiet. The food is excellent.

had an amazing stay at The Twenty One Hotel in Athens! From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its inviting atmosphere and exceptional service. The highlight of my experience was the receptionist, Dione, whose professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality truly stood out. She made the check-in process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.
The hotel itself is a gem—beautifully maintained with cozy, well-designed, and impeccably clean rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a relaxing and welcoming environment.

We booked as a family for a city staycation for a night. The reason for an average rating is overall lack of attention to details. They have an AC panel in the room however the temperature is centrally controlled. No ventilation in bathroom. All 3 of us woke up with strange bites on our skin that makes you wonder about bed mites. Mediocre breakfast without variety.
A few days in Athens and this hotel was beautiful in a very vibrant area.

Staff was great
The hotel is under complete renovations. Currently not fit for guests with loud drilling banging workmen everywhere and dust and dirt. The room smelled strongly of paint. There are no communal areas and the reception is a makeshift table in a tiny cupboard. No parking facilities. Breakfast was very poor. We feel very angry that Hotels.com are allowing bookings without adequate warning,

Best staff with best hotel
A lovely hotel in the suburbs, out of the busy centre of Athens. Rooms have lovely decor, very clean and comfy large beds.
Surrounding location is nice. About a 10/15
Minute walk to the Metro station, then you can be in the centre in about half an hour.
Staff are lovely. Currently a refurb going on to build the swimming pool, but we were only here for one night so that didn’t bother us. Bet it will be lovely once finished! We’d definitely stay again.
