1. Reservations via Booking.com or any third-party agent but charged directly by the property: at check-in we may require the physical payment card used to book together with matching photo ID. If the card cannot be presented (e.g., virtual/expired/third-party card), the guest must pay the full stay using an accepted alternative method. Once the alternative payment is successfully processed, any original charge or pre-authorization will be voided/released (release timing depends on the issuing bank).
2. A 2% payment processing fee applies to payments made by credit or debit card as disclosed at the time of booking. In case of cancelation or refund, processing fees are nonrefundable.
3. Cash payments are subject to a 0.25% stamp duty on cash receipts (droit de timbre espèces) under Moroccan law. This charge will be itemized on your invoice.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. J’ai reserve ma chambre et j’ai paye mais malheureusement a la reception on m’a dit que l’hotel est complet et ce a minuit
Le comportement du personnel de la réception il m’a demande d’attendre dans le Bar pour préparer ma chambre et apres une heure c’est a dire a 00h 30 je suis retourné le voir mais il m’a dit que l’hotel est plein et qu’il ne peux pas me donner de chambre alors que j’ai regle la réservation
Abysmal service. 0 customer care. Not a 4 star hotel. 2 star at best
We checked in at 4 pm. Our room was not ready. When it was, it had a terrible odor. We opened the large sliding door to the balcony. We went for a long walk. We got back at 7pm and the odor was still there. We then discovered that the toilet was leaking and there was liquid oozing out onto the floor. We told the front desk staff everything. We went to eat in the basic restaurant where there was a simple buffet. We went back to our room and same issues. The staff had done nothing. We packed towels around the base of the fixture to try to stop and absorb the leakage. It worked for a while but by morning the floor was showing the leakage again. We opened the sliding door to try to mitigate the odor. When we checked out I asked the front desk clerk to please not assign another guest to the room.
We booked there because it was near the train station. That part was good.
