i don’t stay, they cancelled my booking and stole my money

horrible staff…. they cancelled my booking and then told me to take it up with booking.com

Cons:

thieves… I called and message the Hotel to inform them of my late arrival and they decided to cancel my booking and keep the money!!! Disgusting !!!!
