Villa Zina Park Hotel

Great all together, this is my second time there and I am going back next year

Das Personal war durchweg sehr unfreundlich – egal ob beim Frühstück, am Pool oder an der Rezeption. Es hatte leider den Anschein, dass Gäste aus der eigenen Heimat (60+) bevorzugt behandelt wurden, während wir als deutsche Gäste weniger willkommen waren.

Das Frühstück war enttäuschend: weder geschmacklich noch von der Auswahl her überzeugend. Besonders negativ fand ich, dass man am Hotelpool gezwungen war, eine eigene Badekappe mitzubringen – so etwas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt.

Auch der Espresso, auf den man sich in Italien normalerweise freut, war von minderer Qualität und schmeckte sehr billig. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie hatte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet.

struttura in posizione ottimale per raggiungere le spiagge più importanti e s. vito lo capo , moderna e ben tenuta. staff cordiale e professionale. colazione varia e di buona qualità . pranzo o cena con buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
camera spaziosa con possibilità di stendere costumi e teli da mare . bagno spazioso e dotato di tutti gli accessori . unici difetti la presenza di un solo porta asciugamani grande da doccia per due persone , il materasso un po' troppo duro, il rivestimento dell'ascensore non adatto ad un hotel di questo tipo e l'orario di chiusura della piscina , 18,30 !!!

je n'ai pas aimé le bonnet de bain obligatoire à la piscine ça gâche les vacances on se croirait à la piscine municipale en hiver et les photos sont mensongères sur le site de l'hotel les gens n'en ont pas.
La musique est très forte à la piscine du 10h à 12H et de 16h à 18h30 sinon ça va, Le personnel est sympa les chambres sont bien le petit dej est OK.

This property is not on the beaten path.Its a secluded jem to adore. If you want to go shopping, you go shopping. If you want to breathe fresh air from the mountains or the sea side and eat genuine food, drink well.This is where you find it.Not on the beaten path..........

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, very spacious and we had a nice view of the pool. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. My only suggestion would be to hire car to stay here. There is no public transport and the taxis are quite expensive

We have been vacationing at Villa Zina for 15 years and it continues to get even better. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is kept spotless at all times. There is an ample breakfast buffet and the pool is huge with great music or quiet time in the afternoon. Roberta gives wonderful massages in their spa. Leo continues to be the star of the show with both the Acqua tone class along with the music events in the evening including their version of the Tale e Quale show with the staff impersonating famous singers. Villa Zina is a wonderful Sicilian vacation spot and close to the beautiful beach at San Vito lo Capo, historic Erice and the temple at Segesta. Enjoy!!

Struttura piacevole, posizione strategica, buona colazione, camera ampia e pulita, piscina molto grande e ben tenuta.
Da migliorare l'informazione ( mappe, consigli e materiale informativo in generale) da parte della reception.

Tutto ottimo, fiore all'occhiello personale, colazione, ristorante e animazione discreta ma coinvolgente

Struttura di ottimo livello, camera standard con letti comodi e bagno grande, doccia molto bella con pavimento a pietra e soffione perfetto(acqua scendeva benissimo, calda al punto giusto!). La piscina è spettacolare, in mezzo agli ulivi! Il posto in generale è molto tranquillo, adatto al relax…Infine la colazione, molto varia dal salato al dolce, con ottime brioche! Molto bene anche il servizio…complimenti!

. Relax assicurato.

La posizione è ottima, poi il resto da migliorare specialmente la colazione molto povera e ripetitiva, mi ha deluso anche i materassi uno morbido e uno duro scomodi entrambi, per una notte si può chiudere un occhio, non è un 4 stelle.

L'albergo nell'insieme non è male, il personale è gentile ma sovraccaricato
Ho chiesto che mi sistemassero il soffione della doccia in quanto sporco e rotto, me lo hanno pulito ma è rimasto rotto, purtroppo scizzava acqua ovunque le pulizie sono fatte bene e la camera è sufficientemente spaziosa

Bellissimo hotel con piscina

Das Hotel ist SEHR in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche unseres Zimmers war komplett ebenerdig, was dazu führte, dass nach dem Duschen der Boden des halben Badezimmers unter Wasser stand. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, ständig hört man jemanden Reden, vorbeigehen oder mit den Türen knallen. Der Pool darf nur mit einer Badehaube benutzt werden. Das Frühstück ist italienisch, für einen Kaffee muss man dem Kellner oder der Kellnerin nachlaufen, um diesen bestellen zu können. Zumindest freundlich war das Frühstückspersonal. Positiv erwähnt werden kann, dass der Tennisplatz gratis genutzt werden kann und dass es einen Fitnessraum gibt.
