The hotel is located in an old building and therefore has no elevator.
You will be requested to show the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. If the booking was made using a third party card, guests will have to pay for the entire stay upon arrival. Funds withdrawn from the card will be returned to her account.

When requesting accommodation I asked for a 4 person superior room with 3 separate beds. Prior to travel we were relocated to the Millou Loft Apartments. On arrival we discovered at Millou that there were 2 double beds. I spoke to the Millou receptionist who contacted her boss at Millou loft and then Simon the booking agent. We were told because I had accepted the change that Millou loft was the only option available to us. I mentioned to Simon that the original booking was for 3 separate beds but again he stated that we had accepted the change. Very poor service from Simon who did not honour the original booking.
Good value for money, very central location. Room was basic and small. There is no lift/elevator. We were in the attic so we had no view. The bathroom was not very clean and needed updating. However it was inexpensive and therefore quite good value.
We have been very badly treated by this hotel, booked for a group of family and friends in October 24, for April 25. We have just received an email from the hotel telling us the hotel is closed in April - with a month to go!! Absolutely disgusted.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was polite. Location is perfect. We had a yard view so it was not noisy from the streets. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not very various, but even our 3 years old child could find options to eat))
The room itself was clean, especially bathroom, which is very important for us. But it would be nice to clean under the beds from time to time, cause our child dropped a toy under the bed and it turned out it has not been cleaned for a very long time.
