Very good value for money
Pros:

Very friendly and superbly clean and though not many technical facilities, those which were there had a better and more true functionality than on higher-stars hotels imao. Don't use Google Maps to walk there from the metro though as it plots, as it always does for walkers in cities, a diagonal route between tiny roads to save a few meters here and there. It is a really nice walk from the metro station if you just follow the main road with all its nice shops and then to the right, go nearer the sea, and right again :-)

The hotel was in a very good location (close to the port for our cruise) but also many restaurants and shops. This staff was EXCELLENT! Anticipated and addressed things that we would t have even necessarily taken issue with, and so friendly, kind and helpful. We booked a room that was apparently on the 6th floor. The elevator only goes to the third floor. When we arrived, the front desk asked if we wanted to stick with the slightly larger 6th floor, but have to move bags up and down at least 3 flights of stairs, or keep our large bags downstairs overnight, or, take a smaller room on the 3rd floor. Both rooms were made up and ready for us, we opted for the 3rd floor. The room was clean and comfortable. I've had worse service at 4 star resorts. The staff is absolutely outstanding here.

Cons:

Everything was great, every expectation exceeded, especially for the price.

Pros:

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! Nice location! Felt safe.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the shower head holder was broken.
