Stylish and spacious hotel
Pros:

Luxury room, spacious. Felt at home.
Great gym.
Food at pool bars was delicious.

Cons:

The loud music at the pool. Pool was beautiful, but a pity you couldn't come there more spontaneously. Also the DJs were quite nice, but personally I'd prefer to listen to the sound of the sea when I'm on holidays.

Cons:

1. The breakfast service felt overly intrusive, as staff stayed too close, which made us feel watched and uncomfortable.
2. The design of the shower gel and similar bottles is inconvenient—they are hard to press and dispense too little product.
3. The sink drains slowly and has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the towels also had a noticeable smell.

Reinigungspersonal sehr unfreundlich. SPA unbrauchbar. Sehr schlechte Massagen. Unfreundlich im SPA und nicht willig zu arbeiten oder es gut zu machen

Pros:

Everything really; exceptional customer service from all the staff and absolutely amazing location. Very discrete and private hotel. Superb breakfast too. Room was great with balcony and excellent views. Lives up to its reputation as a five star hotel!

Wonderful, comfortable hotel, a good choice for a stay in Sliema, Malta.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great position with easy access to bars and restaurants of Sliema. The room was very comfortable with amazing views over the bay to Valetta. The room had coffee/tea facilities and a fridge. Daily bottled water was provided which was very welcome. Breakfast was very good with a fantastic variety on offer. Omelettes made to order by the chef. Good hotel bar and we also had drinks by the outside pool overlooking the bay.
Staff polite and professional in all areas of the hotel.

Cons:

The hairdryer could have a longer flex as I found it tricky to use while I sat at the mirror.
There was a problem with the walk in shower seal, which slightly flooded the bathroom. I reported this on check out.
There was a connecting door to the next room which was not sound proofed enough as I could hear the person next door talking loudly on telephone conference calls.
