Beautiful historic property. Views are spectacular!
Pros:

Great location and beautiful views!

Cons:

Our room was right next to a beautiful restaurant and bar. One of the nights there was a lot of noise when employees spent time talking loudly outside after they got off work. It bothered my sleeping.

Perfect!
Pros:

The sunset views from the terrace are unmatched! And being nestled so close to the beautiful old church made for the most perfect setting. The pool was divine. We loved returning to cool off in the pool with a cocktail from the bar. The staff were so friendly and accomodating.

Gute Lage und tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Es ist sehr gut gelegen, die Zimmer sind groß und haben eine tolle Aussicht

Cons:

Es gibt keine Bar um am Abend noch was zu trinken, und das Schwimmbad hab ich mir auch etwas toller vorgestellt.

We could not fault anything. The staff, from Apostolic, & Christos at the main desk to the breakfast & bar staff & not forgetting the cleaners who looked after our room, made it an unforgettable place ro stay. We would definitely stay there again Luisa & Joelle

Pros:

We had a fabulous stay in Aigialos Luxury hotel. The room was beautiful with an unobstructed view of the water. Nickos and staff were very helpful and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A special mention to the chef Stelios, who took so much care to create a beautiful coeliac-friendly dinner for my husband. Thank you, we would love to stay with you again.

Idyllic comfort, incomparable views & exquisite dining. The secret is the red door! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Beautifully styled traditional apartments set in an aesthetic location overlooking the Caldera.
Excellent service throughout delicious breakfast served to your own patio.

Cons:

The donkey poo dropped morning & evening along the pathway outside property & restaurants (Not a hotel problem)

Beautiful and Luxurious Property!!!
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations! Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted my husband and I with drinks while explaining the procedures for dining. They inquired about activities off the property so that they could arrange transportation for us. We ordered breakfast the prior night, which was promptly brought to our room and elegantly arranged in room for a lovely dining experience. Staff met our every need. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from our balcony!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Cons:

We were not thrilled with the steep steps leading up to our room. Steps are pebbled and


slippery, so extreme caution is recommended.

Cons:

This hotel is the worst! This hotel was far from ideal.
900 euros a night for a room. If you don't want to throw your money down the drain, you should definitely stay away. If you try to complain, you'll be treated badly.
1) When I ran the bath water, it was completely brown and dirty, it looked like the water pipes hadn't been cleaned.
2) The two bathtubs in the room didn't have plugs to begin with. The plugs provided by the hotel didn't fit the holes, so I couldn't fill them with hot water.
3) The attitude of the manager (Nick) and other staff was awful. When I complained about the situation and tried to negotiate that the hotel should at least cover the cost of the shuttle taxi, they got angry and threatened to call the police.
4)It was hard to figure out how to use the shower. Even the staff didn't know how to use it either, so the staff training was poor.
5) The entire room hadn't been updated. The door was noisy when opening and closing.
6)The toilet paper was soaked in water. They had no problem leaving the toilet paper in the shape of a squishy paper roll.
