It is a very clean environment and in a great location. The hotel staff is very polite and always ready to help. One of the greatest city hotel experiences we have ever had.
Excellent location near the old town (but not in it) and the pick up for a tour to Auschwitz was just across the street, which was very handy. The room was nice and cozy, loved the old school key and the fact that one could open up a window. The staff was super nice and helpful, best reception and service I've had in a long time. Special thanks for the help with buying train tickets online, saved my trip! All in all excellent value for my money.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and competent. The hotel's complimentary city running tour, which gives you a sneak preview of the main attractions, is highly recommended and enjoyable.

Couldn't have asked for a better base for my Krakow holiday. The hotel itself was amazing: location central and close to public transit, yet calm and safe; the atmosphere intimate & welcoming; he room spacious & all the amenities one needs (special shoutout to fridge & great AC & comfy bed); the cleanliness of the room and common areas were top notch; breakfast was more than fulfilling enough; the price was very affordable.
All of this would've been fantastic alone, but what elevated this experience even further was the staff. Every single staff member I encountered was very friendly in a way that felt genuine instead of forced/fake. They also went above and beyond to ensure the guest's needs were met. Truly outstanding service from all of them; they are one of the biggest reasons why I'll definitely choose Hotel Wielopole if/when I find myself in Krakow again.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Znakomite położenie, blisko centrum i dworca PKP. Niezwykły klimat hotelu, czystość,przestronny pokój, cisza mimo lokalizacji w centrum. W pokoju czajnik,kawa herbata,lodówka,suszarka. Wygodne łóżka i poduszki o różnej wysokości. Najlepszy hotel, z pewnością wrócimy. Dziękujemy!
Hotellet låg perfekt i centrum.
Frukosten på hotellet var lite torfty ibland var brödet tort och pålägget så sådär ut vissa dagar grönsakererna såg gamla ut vissa dagar då våran vistelse på hotellet var 7 dagar.
