Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, sehr gute Vorabinformation zur Anreise und zu den Parkmöglichkeiten
Super Ambiente in einem alten Kloster, dadurch aber auch kein modernes Hotel ohne Charakter

Cons:

Leider kein Aufzug, gibt es aber ja auch nicht in einem historischen Kloster 😉

Pros:

Ein wirklich charmanter Ort, mitten in Siena. In einem alten Kloster.
Gefallen hat uns der nostalgische Charme des Hotels, und die tolle Lage.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns persönlich, das es leider keinen Aufzug gab, aber das ist nun mal so in alten Häusern, aber für persönlich uns war das leider ein Problem, da man uns an der Rezeption keinen Hinweis darauf gegeben, daß es einen Gebäckaufzug gibt, so haben wir alles in den 2.Stock Altbau tragen müssen und wir sind schon älter.
Zudem fanden wir es schade, daß so ein wunderschöner Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stand, aber nur ein Kühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung mit einer Auswahl an Getränken. Wie schade, das nicht wenigstens Stundenweise eine Bewirtung mit Kaffee o.ä möglich ist.

Todo. El personal de lo mejor. Muy cómodo. Indicaciones precisas, teniendo en cuenta que está en zona de tráfico restringida, muy bien gestionadas para evitar multas. Muy buenas recomendaciones

Charmantes kleines Hotel für einen Besuch in Siena
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man auch frühstücken kann.
Unser Gepäck wurde auch nach dem Check-Out freundlicherweise im Hotel gelagert.

Cons:

Durch die Türen konnte man alles was am Gang/in den Nachbarzimmern passiert hören.

Un hôtel plein de charme dans un site exceptionnel.
Pros:

Un très beau site et un lieu plein de charme. La salle du petit déjeuner est spacieuse et offre une très belle vue. Personnel très agréable. Chambre fraîche, calme et confortable.

Cons:

Un problème de communication sans doute lié à l'obstacle de la langue a provoqué un malentendu au départ sur une coupure d'eau engendrée par des travaux de voirie dans laville. Mais tout s'est arrangé par la suite. Des excuses au personnel pour notre incompréhension des explications.
