Café da manhã ótimo, variado e farto.
A localização também é excelente, dentro do Centro Histórico, possibilitando conhecer Siena a pé.

Non fanno permesso Ztl e mi arriva multa

Nonostante abbia seguito tutte le loro indicazioni per raggiungere il parcheggio all’interno della ztl e abbia comunicato targa e orari dei passaggi, mi è comunque arrivata una multa. Oltretutto ho provato a contattarli in tutti i modi, ma non hanno risposto tramite nessun canale (chiamate a ripetizione per diversi giorni e a diversi orari, e-mail, chat di Booking e messaggio inviato direttamente da Booking).

Ho ricevuto multa per violazione ztl perché non hanno comunicato la targa al comune e non rispondono né a mail né al telefono

Struttura che con il suo fascino storico consente di vivere un soggiorno suggestivo

La posizione ottimale della struttura

Cons:

Il costo del parcheggio in dotazione forse troppo elevato, non avendo molta disponibilità di posti si e’ vincolati nell’utilizzo.
Curerei forse un po’ di piu’ alcune parti della struttura che forse erano in fase di ristrutturazione

A peaceful escape on the edge of the city.
Pros:

Travelling by car, this hotel was in a perfect location at the edge of the city providing easy access to car parking, while still within easy walking distance to the centre. The breakfast buffet was a delight each morning accommodating all tastes.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a little sterile and rooms a little dated, but for the price and location you couldn’t ask for more.

Ottimo tutto quanto già sopra indicato; sala per la colazione -il vecchio refettorio- affascinante e d'atmosfera, colazione perfetta, camera da letto grande e confortevole, letto comodissimo che regala un sonno appagante, la location ha enormi potenzialità, pulitissima, posizione ottima.

Cons:

L'aspetto che va migliorato a mio modo di vedere è subito l'eliminazione di alcuni oggetti che contribuiscono a creare a prima vista un'aria tetra dell'albergo, come ad esempio quelle vecchissime passatoie persiane sfilacciate sui bellissimi scaloni di marmo e anche alcune vecchie poltrone. Anche lampadine led più luminose esalterebbero subito l'atmosfera, con costi di intervento in questi termini assai bassi. Una rinfrescata alle pareti con colori più chiari e luminosi (ma qui entriamo in costi maggiori) altrettanto impreziosirebbe l'atmosfera.
