Nice hotel and location but some of the staff handovers were rather underwhelming.

4 of our party of 6 booked a taxi via the hotel reception for the the train station on Thursday evening but it failed to arrive on Friday morning so they missed their train to Empoli/Pisa airport. They ended up having to walk/run with their bags to the station 35 minutes away and only just made their flight…

Le personnel est très sympathique. La localisation idéale !

Cons:

Le Parking est proche mais l’accès est très difficile car très étroit.La douche est petite et le pommeau de douche trop bas.Il y a peu de place autour du lavabo. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour, température extérieure « 33 degrés « …Le petit déjeuner manque de fruits frais c’est dommage.

The perfect stay

We love the historical building. Extremely well maintained and beautiful.
The facilities are excellent and the building is comfortably heated.
The staff were all lovely and helpful.
