Maistra Select Riva Apartments

Tolle Lage, einfache Unterkunft, sehr nettes Personal.
Aber alles war so zu erwarten. Luxus sollte man nicht erwarten. Aber alles in allem ein vernünftiger Urlaub

Les appartements se trouvent au dessus de bars très bruyants toute la nuit et l’isolation est catastrophique.
Le matin les camions poubelles vident le verre des bars à 6h15 donc ne pas espérer rattraper le sommeil perdu la veille.
En plus de ne pas pouvoir y dormir, l’appartement n’est pas nickel, la cuisine est dysfonctionnelle (frigo ne ferme pas par exemple), la salle de bain est très ancienne et le ménage est oublié certains jours.
Le personnel est désemparé quand on se plaint en répétant « on sait, désolé » mais n’a pas de solution à proposer.
En résumé très mauvaise expérience à plus de 300€/nuit.

Construction noises woke us up early in the morning, we were not informed in advance that the restaurant in the same building directly below us was performing renovations. In addition, there were ants in the suite. The reception staff were not helpful and did not offer any solution. Would not stay again.

Apartment at an incredible location in the harbour, in OK condition but immaculately clean. Amazing value that made us return to it over and over again.

Was a simple (but sweet) Aparthotel, on the Marina, and we got to use the other Maistra Hotel facilities, too, while we were there, which was a real bonus! Everything is within walking distance, too, and parking was also included in our stay.

Fantastiskt mysigt och gemytligt! Bra bad och bra utbud av mat och dryck!

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Tout etait bien pensé, bien organisé.

Un sejour parfait. Tout etait à proximité, les restaurants, commerces, piscine exterieur et intérieur, front de mer, port et plage. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et donne une vue directe sur la mer. Je recommande vivement!

Fantastiskt fint läge och bra service. Utsikt över hamn och Marina. Fint poolområde och bra restauranger.

Ärgerlich waren die Straßenbauarbeiten, die sehr sehr laut waren. Wir konnten teilweise gar nicht schlafen. Hätte ich es vorher gewusst, wäre ich nicht hingefahren.

Andrebbe migliorata la pulizia degli appartamenti e la dotazione dei prodotti per il bagno, per il resto tutto bene, personale e servizi.

saubere ,kleine Wohnung. Schöner Blick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt.

Underbart läge, till ett sympatiskt pris. Gratis parkering i anslutning till lägenheten. Stort boende med balkong, och tillgång till Spa och stort poolområde. Restauranger i anslutning till hamnen, så det kändes otroligt lyxigt.

notato che viene usato sapone liquido sia nel lavandino che nella doccia,, ma non c è nel bidet,, magari perchè usato solo dagli italiani,,,, sarebbe comodo averlo anche li,, per il resto tutto bene,,

Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out.

Fijne accommodatie met uitzicht over haventje Vrsar. Net appartement. Wij waren met zijn tweeën, maar ook geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. De massage die je kon boeken was heerlijk en veel goedkoper dan in Nederland. Je blijft Hollander hè. ;)

Se debbo trovare un diffetto sta nel set asciugamani, in pratica non esiste il telo doccia o meglio un po piccolo per le nostre abitudini,

We was so excited to get back to Riva and it’s fabulous views after missing out staying there the previous year due to covid and cancelled flights.
When arriving to check in I was told by the nice receptionist that there was no room at Riva for us due to cleaning and them wanting to give us a nice apartment (basically they had probably overbooked) so we was being moved to Belvedere, which is better. I commented that we had stayed in both previously and preferred Riva which is why we had specifically booked there.
I was slightly annoyed that as members of the Maistra loyalty programme they had not let know this before we arrived especially as we had done the online check in with them just the day before arriving so we should of been just been collecting the keys not being moved elsewhere.
Our Belvedere apartment was basic but nice enough but felt very strange that it had a big slippy bath that was difficult to get into rather than a walk in shower. It was suppose to be a sea view and we could see glimpses of the sea, through trees and a big resort map.
It was far too crowded at Belvedere for us as we was all still suppose to be social distancing etc but as far as we could see it was like covid never existed.
There was no teen club for my daughter to join in with, and we saw a lot of teens dragging behind their parents on their phones looking bored.
We will definitely stay again but only if we know for certain we will get Riva.
