Sve je bilo odlično, od osoblja, hrane, predivne prirode, uređene šetnice uz plažu.
Pros:

Lokacija je super, izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, čiste i uredne sobe.
Raznovrsna hrana, ima ponešto i za vegetarijance.
Ručak ili večera se može birati na dvije lokacije, u restoranu je veći izbor a kod bazena je malo skromniji.
Lijep i uređen okoliš.

Cons:

Malo neudobni kreveti, nema papuča u sobama.

Schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Direkte Lage am Strand, liegen sind inklusive. Sehr gutes Essen in buffet vorm. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Wiedermal ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Schönes Zimmer, immer freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöner Urlaub zu einem guten Preis. Nur zu empfehlen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr schnell bei der Arbeit! Das die Zimmerkarte am Abreisetag schon um 09:30 deaktiviert ist war wohl ein kleines Missverständnis 😃

3 Sterne sind durchaus gerechtfertigt, man bekommt wofür man bezahlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön, die Poolanlage ist schön. Die Meerzugänge ist keine 50 Meter vom Pool entfernt, auch dort gibt es Liegen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, die Auswahl war gut. Das Mittag und Abendessen war akzeptabel.
Die All-Inclusive Leistungen beinhalten Softdrinks, Bier und Wein. Cocktails gegen Aufpreis, stärkere Getränke bis 21 Uhr auch gegen Aufpreis.

Das Zimmer war schön, die Reinigung hat gut geklappt.

Cons:

Größter Minuspunkt war das Mittag- und Abendessen.
Die Auswahl ist sehr sperrlich, es gab zu jeder!! Mahlzeit Schweinefleisch (nur einmal Hühnchen) und eine Kartoffelvariation.
Das Salatbuffet war in Ordnung, die restliche Auswahl beschränkte sich auf Fisch und Gemüse, zwei Pizzen alle 4/5 Minuten mit eine sehr langen Schlange.

Das Areal ist sehr weitläufig (man sieht leider auf dem Hauptbild nur das Haupthaus und die ersten drei von vier Wohnhäuser. Haus 4 ist etwas abgelegen und somit nicht nur schwer zu finden sondern auch umständlich im Urlaubsalltag. Haus 4 ist jedoch im vergleich zu den anderen sehr ruhig.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist das Fehlen von jeglichen Rampen, was die Mitnahme und den Transport von großen Koffern bestimmt sehr umständlich macht.
Außerdem sollten vorallem ältere Gäste gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, da es am Hauptweg von Pool/Meer zum Hauptrestaurant ca. 30 Treppen und einen etwas steilen Weg zu bewältigen gibt.
Das Verhältnis von Liegen am Pool zu Hotelgäste/Zimmer ist sehr klein, somit kann es durchaus sehr schwierig werden eine Liege zu ergattern. (Pool öffnet erst um 09:00 Uhr!!!)

Und wurde am ersten Tag von der Dame an der Rezeption vermittelt, dass wir am Abreistag nach Rückgabe der Zimmerkarten das Gelände (!), nicht das Essen und weitere Leistungen, nutzen dürften.
Am nächsten Tag wurde uns von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame (ich glaube ihr Name war Neva) mitgeteilt, dass es natürlich nicht ginge, nur gegen Aufpreis.


Bitte ersparen Sie sich Ihre Standardantworten, das bringt nun auch nichts mehr.
Alles in allem: 3-Sterne, man bekommt was man erwartet.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr toll mit direkten Blick aufs Meer, alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mit Kinder perfekt....ein gelungener Urlaub

Perfekt für diesen Preis
Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Lage, wunderschöner Strand, dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis genau entsprechend, tolles Sportangebot, Minigolf, Tennis, Tischtennis, Wassersport-Geräte all inclusive, Liegen kostenlos, das gibt es kaum noch, Buffet war in Ordnung - man kann sich um diesem Preis wirklich nicht mehr erwarten. Die Empfangsdame im Speisesaal und das Personal an der Rezeption sowie das Personal hinter dem Buffet waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Frühstücksgebäck nicht frisch war.
Das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal war nicht besonders freundlich.
Mein Sohn hatte sich Seeigel-Stachel eingezogen, ich war verwundert, dass uns an der Rezeption keiner helfen und eine Nadel zur Verfügung stellen konnte.
Im Badezimmer hätte ich mir eine Lotion gewünscht. Es gab nur das Duschgel (für Körper und Haare).
