Lil renovation neeted
Pros:

Spa was excellent. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Need little bit renovation in rooms and i have never understanted toilet where is no hand washing sink, need go other bathroom to wash hands. Parking garage was littlebit creepy.

Perfect hotel with nice spa
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean apartments with fantastic view,tasty breakfast and super spa
Close to colonade and centre of the city

Cons:

Very unpolite woman in wellness spa(Seem to me that on 4 star hotel personnel must be more educated

Saunová svět, bazény , výborné snídaně

Cons:

V příšerném stavu podzemní garáže .Mám zničené auto, protože je zde děravý strop a teklo mi na auto nějaké zdivo..Střecha a celý zadek auta pruhy, které myčka neumyla,ani ruční odstraňování nepomohlo...

Super handige locatie. Goede wellnessfaciliteiten. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Beetje verouderd. Zilvervisjes in de badkamer. Heel harde matrassen.

Pros:

It was ok location and great pools on the premises

Cons:

Completely misleading pics for double room. Just totally different from reality. My mattress had springs all over sticking into my body. All around rooms were like back on 1960th
Went to complain, got another (newer) room on the 9th floor, but for extra charge. Good rooms, but very consistent smell of paint. Probably just finished the layout. No lift from parking garage to the lobby or floors. Parking spaces are tiny.

Výborné snídaně, krásné bazény, komunikace na recepci, ochotný personál. Čisté prostředí. Dobrá poloha hotelu.

Cons:

Chyběl mně sprchový kout. Pro lidi po operaci vana není moc vyhovující.

Pros:

Do Thermalu, jezdíme několik let a jsme velice spokojení, jak s ubytováním, tak se službama

Jediné co se nám na hotelu nelíbí, tak to jsou podzemní garáže, pokud přijedete větším SUV,.jako je třeba BMW X7, tak už máte velký problém se zaparkováním, ale stačí, aby jste přijeli Kodiqem, když jsou podzemní garáže zaplněné, tak už je problém se zaparkováním, jsou tam velice úzká parkovací místa. Doporučil bych udělat širší parkovací místa.
