Как нас "поимели" за 250 евро/ночь

Понравился завтрак и банно-сауновый комплекс

Cons:

Номер был уровня Superior, при этом откровенно потрёпанный: на светлом ковролине пятна, на изголовье кровати пятна, дверцы деревянных ящиков ободраны, на обивке стульев пятна. Климатическая система работает неадекватно, сколько не пытались установить снижение температуры в номере на 3 градуса, так и фигачила 25 градусов ( инструкцию по использованию климатической системы изучили, балкон закрыли). В результате, жили с открытым балконом, чтобы не задохнуться. К сожалению, у нас был сосед, который курил и всё тянуло к нам в номер ( хотя курение во ВСЕХ помещениях отеля категорически запрещено), 2 раза обращались на рецепцию, в первый раз сотрудник хотя бы пообещал послать охрану в соседний номер, во второй раз- другой сотрудник просто сказал " Вам что, мешает?".
В ванной и туалете откровенно пахнет общественным туалетом, в ванной очень слабый напор воды и вода очень сильно меняется: то просто кипяток, то холодная, душ принять невозможно. Ходили принимать душ в банный комплекс. Почти сутки не подключался отельный вайфай,значок вайфая появлялся на 5 минут, потом исчезал, пользовались мобильным интернетом.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat für uns die ideale Lage in Karlovy Vary. Unser Zimmer war ansprechend, sauber mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Karlsbad. Essen ok. , die Möglichkeiten der verschiedenen hauseigenen Bäder ideal. An den Geburtstag meiner Frau wurde ebenfalls gedacht. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub. Vielen Dank an alle.

Pros:

Super freundliches personal beim einchecken als auch im restaurantbereich frühstücksbereich oder lobbybar.
Ausreichend parkplätze als auch tiefgaragenparkplätze gerade für motorradfahrer prima auch die lage ist gut. Man ist schnell direkt in der innenstadt
