Very good spa hotel with nice service
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful, the breakfast and spa ( especially 2 outdoor pools) were superb, the rooms and the view were nice, there was everything necessary in the room ( bathrobe,slippers, kettle,tea , coffee , the hotel provided a separate children cot for our kid ), the hotel has a perfect location, close to thermal springs, bus station and restaurants

Cons:

the carpet in the Superior room was with big stains and looked a bit dirty,one of the superior rooms had only shower, whereas the other one had shower and bath (it would be good to have equal standard for all the superior rooms), 2 elevators were out of service couple of times and this created queues ...it would be also nice to have some Superior rooms on lower floors ( they are all on high floors only)

Hotel Thermal has a fantastic location and a good breakfast, but needs to significantly improve its in-room amenities —
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent — right in the heart of Karlovy Vary, making it easy to explore the town and the famous colonnades on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight: a generous and varied spread that set us up well for the day.

Cons:

The main disappointments were the lack of basic toiletries — no shaving kit, toothbrush, or toothpaste were provided in the room, which felt below the standard expected at this level. More significantly, the air conditioning was out of order for two full days, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. This issue should have been resolved or guests better compensated

ארוחת הבוקר הפתיעה לטובה. מגוון גדול וטעים

Cons:

החדר הזכיר חדר באכסניית נוער. מאוד מינימליסטי. 2 מיטות נוער מעץ מחוברות. מזרון מאוד דק שהקשה מאוד על השינה. בחדר אמבטיה היה רק סבון ידיים/רחצה. אמבטיה גבוהה ללא וילון או אמבטיון. מגבות דקות וקטנות ובצמצום.
השהייה באיזור הבריכות מוגבלת לשעתיים בלבד, חד פעמי. חוייבנו על כמה דקות שאחרנו לצאת מהמתחם.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, großzügiges ("Standard") Zimmer mit Balkon und Sitzecke. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee. Im Thermalbad 2h Eintritt pro Übernachtung enthalten, erreichbar über einen Bademantelgang und Schrägaufzug. Im Untergeschoss zusätzlich ein schönes Schwimmbad inklusive Kneippstrecke und Whirlpool mit unbegrenztem Zugang. Personal sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig.

Cons:

Im Bad roch es unangenehm (Abfluss). Ansonsten alles top.
