Unbedingt machen:)
Pros:

Der Ausblick über die Stadt ist atemberaubend. Das Schwimmbad ein Traum. Man kann dort über die ganze Stadt sehen. Alles neu gemacht und die Saunen Mega. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Wellness Bereich mit Anwendungen, eine Bar und Diskothek. Das Frühstück war echt der Hammer vor allen konnte man dort in Ruhe sein Frühstück genießen. Personal außergewöhnlich nett. Das Hotel ist natürlich im 70 er Jahre Stil gebaut. Eine kleine Zeitreise. Aber alles supersauber und schick.

Cons:

Die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden.

Pobyt příjemný, až na spánek.
Pros:

Lokalita, v županu přímo do welness Thermal Saunia. Snídaně byla výborná.

Cons:

Naprosto proleželá matrace na pokoji 721.
Platili jsme 3800 Kč za noc a člověk by očekával nějakou prémiovou matrací.
Přítelkyní bolí záda po noci u Vás, takto si odpočinkový pobyt v Karlovlych Varech nepředstavujete.
Výměna matrace vyřeší náš hlavní problém.

Очень хорошо!
Pros:

Отличный завтрак, разнообразный на любой вкус. Термальный басейн просто чудо! На улице -3 а в воде +38... Рядом источники, рестораны с отличной кухней.

vše bylo perfektní, a sekt ke snídani?? no to byla pecka....jinak snídaně bohaté, chutné a rozmanité...mě nejvíce uchvátil termální bazén. Vary jsou neskutečné.....děkujeme

Does not worth it’s money
Pros:

Nice location, great selection of spa both in hotel and in spa complex, tasty food in thermal spa cafe ( hummus, beetroot salad etc)

Cons:

We got upgraded room which suppose to be renovated and new - well the white carpet is a mistake when you don’t know you need to pressure wash it and remove stains . Our “upgraded”room carpet floor looked like someone throw up there multiple times and cleaning staff don’t know what is stain remover - when we asked to change the room
On reception they told me they can put us in even more new room and with a balcony but for additional pay 😂 and we came to celebrate my birthday there and super rude women in her 40s who work at reception literally told me she does not care about anyone’s birthday and will not change the room for free.
Half of the staff is really nice and speak fluent Russian , another half ( young Czech people from villages around) are brainwashed and refuse to speak Russian . Emma, a young woman, working as waitress in breakfast restaurant, when I approached her and asked a question in Russian, she looked at me disgusted and said in check that she does not understand me and went by me without even trying German or English.

Breakfast selection was good but only if you came at 8 am. Breakfast hours are 7-10 but when we came at 9:00 there was everything empty, no promised prosecco either ( when we asked waitresses they said the limit for today is over and there are no more prosecco😂) and there was just empty containers and you could maybe eat bread and butter. And at 9:55 the waitresses remove everything and turn off coffee machines, so that they can be done with their shift sooner….

In general, the hotel is old , not well maintained and it feels like they just try to make money on you.

Die meisten Angestellten waren freundlich, doch ein paar wenige vergãllten den Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausstattung war für den Preis hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war viel zu gering, bei der Badewanne normal.
Frühstück war für diese Hotelkategorie reichhaltig und gut, die stark wasserverdūnnten Sãfte jedoch ein no go. Auch der Kaffeevollautomat hat mit der Menge stark gegeizt, da musste man 2 x ran, um eine Tasse voll zu bekommen. Der Frühstücksraum selbst hatte den Flair einer Großkantine, was das Arrangement des Mobiliars betrifft.
Telefonanrufe an die Rezeption vom Zimmertelefon aus verliefen trotz längerem Klingeln und mehrmaligen Versuchen permanent ins Leere, da niemand ran ging, obwohl die Rezeption meist mit 2 Personen besetzt war.
Es gab keine Handtücher im Innenpoolbereich, die musste man sich aus dem Zimmer mitbringen.
Die Mãnner an der Rezeption waren freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit, wo die Dame an der Rezeption und die hinter der Bar in punkto Freundlichkeit eine totale Fehlbesetzung waren.
Eine Anfrage per E-Mail einen Tag vor der Anreise und nach Buchung wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet.
Das Hotel ist zwar sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, die vorgenannten Eindrücke, hinterließen bei uns jedoch einen faden Beigeschmack, dass wir dort nicht mehr einchecken werden.
