Hotels should have comfortable places to sleep and rest your head, disappointmented.

It was clean and staff were pleasant.

Cons:

You get a hotel for sleep…the pillows feel like folded sheets in a pillowcase. I’ve been up since 3am because it’s SO uncomfortable.

Professional Managemnt- Would have been a great stay
Pros:

I like the size of the pool but it was closed shortly after we were swimming due to roofing issues when I stayed. I love that they were accommodating and willing to give me a partial refund since that’s the only reason I booked there. I was not my best self and was still met with kindness and compassion. Very professional team and management and I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay, would stay again, highly recommend!
Pros:

Location of hotel (food locations within walking distance), 15 min drive to the Ohio stadium for concert, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating was above and beyond, breakfast was good! Very clean! Pool also looked amazing (I didn’t swim but wish I would have brought my suit with!)
