Cons:

I didn't receive my $200 deposit back. I left the room fairly clean. I don't think I'll stay at that hotel again. There was also a condom floating in the pool

It was a horrible experience

Not all Best Western are the same…won’t be back.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and nice hot shower in a good location and appreciated early check in. Check in person was very nice. I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed at other BW.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible - ran out of food early not replaced and wasn’t fresh. Staff not attentive to breakfast area or approachable. Also, could have been cleaner - very dusty and not vacuumed in main lobby, hallway and elevator area.
