Breakfast could do better and could do with more staff

Cons:

The lack of staff.
Really not good enough to have 1 person at desk and one at breakfast.
Also when we got there we had to wait 2,5h after 3pm as rooms weren’t ready

Que nafie hablaba español, la unica persona que se salva es el mesero, la limpieza no existe en la habitacion, solo entraron he hicieron las vamas pero dejaron la basura no la botaron, el baño se tapa y la regadera de telefono en la mangera riene fuga de agua, el desayuno bastante malo, y nada variafo, el pan dulce no estaba fresco, oastima porque conozco la cadena y este hotel me decepcionó

Excelente hotel cerca de Miami Design District
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta
Las instalaciones muy cómodas. La piscina adecuada y el servicio del bar en la azotea muy buena
Excelente el parking

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no ocurrió todos los días, sino que solo a partir de la segunda noche de estadía. Eso podría estar mejor.

I would not stay again, seems like the hotel have been cutting costs at the most

room size is good, location is great

Cons:

they do not clean the room really well, the housekeeping service is only done every other day. Staff is really rude when dealing with your delivered packets.
Also, they only had one elevator working and at one point no elevator. I had to walk up stairs to the 5th floor, pregnant, carrying all the amazon packages and bags.

Tv was broken in thr first room , then was moved to a room with 1 king bed for 4 adults and then was moved to a room with 2 queen beds that the ac didn’t work well and made noises all night .

Un désastre depuis notre arrivé jusqu’à la fin. Vous m’avez enlevé des sommes astronomiques pour la wifi pour des cautions . Et je continu d’être prélever sur mon compte . C’est marquer sur notre réservation que le petit déjeuner est à 15 £ vous nous avez fait payer 24$ plus des taxes

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk, at the restaurant and at the rooftop bar were very friendly and nice. The ladies working in housekeeping were not friendly at all. The room was clean and comfortable. However the coffee station inside the room was not fully stocked. Overall it was a good stay.
