For a five star hotel o was expecting a lot more but the staff were excellent

The room was very dated and not like the picture had shown. The room was very difficult to find with a tiny window view of the canal

Pros:

Great location super friendly staff. Room was very clean. Complementary mini bar(soft drinks) on site parking my generally a great hotel

Cons:

Our room was next to the lift.the noise of the lift woke us up once or twice through the night.

Das Management passt nicht zur Hotelarchitektur
Pros:

Herausragende Architektur.

Cons:

Bargeld wird nicht akzeptiert, was uns sehr verärgert hat.
Paternoster ist deaktiviert.
Hotelinfos im Zimmer bekommt man nur über einen QR-Code. Wir haben aber kein Smartphone.
Minibar ist kostenlos, Lob dafür! Drin aber nichteinmal ein Bier oder Wein, nur Cola und Wasser.
Die Kreditkarte wird schon vor der Anreise mit dem Betrag blockiert.
Edit: Ich habe die Bewertung nach unten angepasst, da die Kaution in Höhe von 75 Euro noch nicht wieder freigegeben worden ist.

Beautiful hotel and great facilities. Comfortable with an unbeatable location. The hotel is an art deco masterpiece, updated and clean. Reception staff were welcoming and provided early check in and room upgrade. In a word excellent

L'hôtel est proche et de la gare et du quartier touristique.
Pouvoir se déplacer à pieds était primordial pour moi.

Cons:

La piscine et la jacuzzi hors de service durant mon séjour.
J'ai réservé le 21 juin 2026 pour un séjour commençant le 19 août jusqu'au 22 août.
Hors la piscine était hors service du 1 juillet jusqu'au 31 août..
J'ai reçu, cette très mauvaise nouvelle la veille de mon arrivée.
