Heerlijk hotel, wel erg warme kamer na zomerse dag.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en fijne wellness. Mooi hotel!

Cons:

De kamer was heel erg warm. Het was een warme dag, maar daardoor was de kamer zo vreselijk benauwd. Dat kregen we met de ventilator er niet uit. En de airco deed het niet. Dus dat was erg jammer, want slapen was daardoor lastig.

Stora och rymliga rum med bra faciliteter, bekväm säng, nära centralstationen och stan, fräsch och rent.

Cons:

När jag bokade så frågade jag boendet om deras spa-avdelning skulle hinna renoveras tills vi kommer och de svarade: Ja. När vi kommer fram dit och ska till spa-avdelningen så såg vi att det fortfarande var under renovering och inte kan användas. Vi kände oss lurade, då vi främst bokade detta boende för spa.

Pros:

Excellent location,Room was quiet. Lobby and reception area was beautiful. Staff were kind

Cons:

Rooms are in need of refurbishment/repair and very warm. Pool and jacuzzi was out of order for our stay. Not a bad hotel but honestly not a 5 star experience more like 3 stars.

Disappointing, I will never book here again.
Pros:

I like that the property was close to central station and looks pretty from the outside.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The furniture smelled really old, almost like a body odor smell. I got nose-blind to it after the first night but it lingered when I get close to the furniture, including the headboard.
The carpet must be original because it looked very dingy.
The coffee machine, cups, and silverware were dusty. Even after the second day, the new glass I got was dusty. Looks to have been used for a really long time.
The hose keeping was half-assed, for the most part, I think they just re-done the bed and stock some items (some nights, they miss some items). The last night, they only definitely did the bed.
I had multiple mosquitos in my room, and got a bug bite while taking a nap on the first day I was there.
I don’t usually like to complain about this, but I paid a lot of money to stay at a “5-star” hotel. But it felt like I was in a 2-star hotel. I had better service at lower rated hotel at cheaper prices during my trip.
The pool was not working, which I was really excited about because it looked pretty in the photos. And I wanted to relax since this stay was at the end of my trip.
