Le froid de la chambre 16 degrés après avoir demander on m'a dit que ça allait remonter en rentrant le soir la chambre étais toute aussi froide et pas possible d'avoir une autre chambre... même si mon précédent séjour ici c'etais bien passer je suis vraiment déçu pour celui ci....

Fabulous property stayed there many times

Cons:

Very poor service, room un heated and it took a number of calls to sort ( and it was -7 in Amsterdam) and then poor service from management after items were removed from our room by the cleaners snd still not adequately addressed, very poor customer service

Konum amsterdamda çok önemli heryere yürüyerek gitmek için burada kalabilirsiniz.
Pros:

Yeri merkez istasyonun tam çaprazında ve istasyona yürüyerek 5 dk. Konum mükemmel. Bina eski denizcilik işletmesi gibi bir kamu kurumuna ait tarihi bir bina. Tarihi bir atmosfer. Amsterdam eski şehir bölgesinde doğru düzgün konforlu yer yok denilebilir. kıyaslarsak çıtanın üzerinde burası.

Cons:

House keeping odada sadece yatakları düzeltip çıkıyor. Başka bir yeri düzeltme ya da toplama yapmıyor. İçerisi çok büyük ve odanızı ya da asansörleri bulmanız çok zor. yön tabelaları eksik.

تعامل الموظفين سلسل و خصوصا الموظف علي الله يجزاه خير .. قريب من كل شي بالمنطقه اطول مشوار مشي ع الاقدام 20 دقيقه

اي شي تطلبونه من الهوم سيرفس تحسب حساب 12 يورو رسوم خدمه حتى لو طلبت مخده زياده
