Overall a great 2-night stay in a beautiful and good quality hotel
Pros:

The deluxe room was spatious and the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast was really good with warm egg options like omelet to be ordered from the kitchen. They even did my special request which was nice.

Didn’t check the spa this time.

Cons:

I didn’t understand how to close the curtains (electric) because the remote wasn’t where they said it would be. Found it from the wall later.

The breakfast room was a bit dark, which was disappointing. The first morning there was also some noise from some reshuffling.

I hesitate calling this a 5-star hotel. I would not have guessed if I didn’t know. Good service, but nothing too special.

Pros:

L'emplacement, le lit était un nuage le personnel très gentil

Cons:

le check out. on m'a facturé le repas à leur restaurant "Seven Seas" d'une autre chambre à mon check out et j'ai dû le payer (soit erreur de la personne soit volontaire)(mon erreur ne pas garder mes reçus mais j'ai fourni la preuve de paiement de ma banque) Je n'ai toujours pas de retour et c'est très dommage car c'est un très bel hôtel et le personnel est charmant.

שום דבר לא אהבתי במלון הכי גרוע שהייתי בו בחיים שלי

Cons:

הצוות של המלון גרוע יחס נוראי איך שהגעתי למלון אחרי חצי שעה יצאתי לקנות כמה דברים וחזרתי(יצאתי ל10 דקות מהחדר וחזרתי) גנבו לי את כול הבשמים שלי ו 4000 יורו מהחדר

Great position and fun building
Pros:

Location and room were great. It's a quirky building which we liked

Cons:

I think it came out a bit more expensive that I had realised when I booked. A small grumble. The shower floor was slippery when wet, it could do with mat.

A great experience
Pros:

It was like being in a movie. My inner child was so amused and my old Karen side lady was very happy too.
The location is exceptional and everyone was very kind.

Cons:

Sometimes some pipeline related noises as it is an old building but nothing terrible.

Great location apwith good food. Not a place to go to the spa, but would stay here again,
Pros:

It felt like we were 8n a castle, the breakfast was exceptional, and the bed was comfortable. The mini bar was free and refilled daily.

Cons:

The pool was out of order and the hot tub was cold.
