Pros:

We had a great stay at the hotel. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the garden and landscape.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the hotel around 12:40 PM, and the lady at the reception was very kind. She informed us that check-in starts at 14:00, but she still managed to assign us a room because it was already prepared.

A big thank you to the reception lady — unfortunately, we do not know your name — but please keep up the great work. We truly need more people like you in hospitality.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant is perfect for people working who do not have time to venture out.
The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Cons:

I would of liked a kettle and tea making facilities in the room but this is just my personal preference.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Ruhiger aber auch Zentraler Lage, man kommt mit dem Bus Nr. 13 schnell in die Stadt.
Die Zimmer waren Zweckmäßig ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr gut.
Das Frühstück ist echt super und sehr Lecker.

Cons:

Reinigungspersonal leider nicht gerade Freundlich, keine Begrüßung kein Blick aber gut, so ist es manchmal.
