Ventilator im Bad war die ganze Nacht an und ging nicht aus.

Despite the disappointments, we loved Czechia and made the most of our stay.
Pros:

The car park was large and we were always able to park, even late in the evening.
Room was clean and tidy. Room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day.
Breakfast was very good.
Some staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On Booking.com we were sold a double bed. When we arrived at the property we were given a twin room. When we queried this with the receptionist, we were told none of the rooms had double beds. As we were staying at the hotel for 5 nights this was disappointing.
Although some of the staff were helpful and friendly others unfortunately were less so and were quite rude to paying guests.
On Booking.com it stated there was a wine bar. This was in fact closed and the only bar was in the restaurant. There was no relaxing space to sit at the end of the day.
The restaurant menu was limited and didn’t change, which meant leaving the hotel to eat in the evening.

Pros:

Pokoje byly pěkné a čisté. Rodinný pokoj byl super. Dva pokoje propojené dveřmi a po zavření dveří byly pokoje od sebe dobře odhlučněné. Funkční klima, balkón. Výborná restaurace.

Cons:

Pokoj bez lednice. Jeden večer na večeři naprosto nevšímavá obsluha. Na jídlo jsme čekali přes půl hodiny a o každý nový nápoj jsme se museli hlásit. Druhý den jiná obsluha a vše v pořádku.

- zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, sehr gut mit Kindern
- sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück
- Parkplatz steht direkt am Hotel kostenfrei zur Verfügung und hat ausreichend Platz
- kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle

Pros:

Krásné čisté a prostorné pokoje. Snídaně luxusní velmi bohatý výběr. Naprostý klid jak v hotelu, tak v jeho okolí. I když je lokalita hotelu na konci města, ničemu to nevadí jelikož je hned u hotelu zastávka MHD která vás dopraví do centra města.

Cons:

Nemám co vytknout. Moc se nám u vás líbilo.

Výborná lokalita, skvělé ubytování.

Cons:

Špatně organizované snídaně. Nedostatečné doplňování potravin a nápojů při snídani. Pomalu boj o hrnek kávy.
