breakfast very good
The property is outstanding in location and staff great I did inform reception that the carpet in our bedroom was a tripping hazard for me due to the fitting very poor lumps all over the place I have just had a full knee replacement and at my age 77 this was very dangerous and its such a shame the decoration woodwork needs a good wood feed in reception etc the hotel
needs a refurb.
All of it. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing
Executive room was really spacious, comfortable and great value for money. As it was hot weather, they provided a large fan and cooked breakfast was delicious. The exterior of the building is mock Tudor and there are lovely big grounds to wander round.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good range of freshly cooked breakfast including continental if you preferred. There is a bar in the hotel and we were able to enjoy a drink on the terrace in the evening. Inglewood Manor is in its own grounds and guests are free to explore the grounds, there is also ample parking on site.
The decoration and finish is a little tired in places but this didn’t detract from our stay.
Nice and beautiful hotel/building in great location, closed to the Cheshire outlet store and on the way to Holyhead. Great deal in term of price. I went for breakfast and dinner option which come out very cheap and meant I dont have to go out for dinner especially after a long drive. it was a very hot summer day and they provided fan in each room, which is a nice gesture. Nice garden, great for a walk and with wisteria are flowering as well in July. Finally staffs are very pleasant as well.
nothing. I wish I stay a lot longer than a day to enjoy everything.
Breakfast and room size were excellent. The Staff that were there on duty, when we stayed, were excellent and very helpful
Not enough staff on duty at the bar area, and the 15% gratuity charges at the bar (this was added to your bill automatically, you could ask to have it taken off but a bit of a unnecessary hassle). I don't mind paying a gratuity charge if the service warrants it, but on this occasion it didn't (not enough staff on duty)
It was fantastic from the second we drove in to the second we drove out. The staff were all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was buffet style and plenty of options. Really tasty. The room was massive. We had 2 sofa's in there as well as the bed and still loads of room. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spot on with a double sink. We had views of the garden and we had no issues with noise.
Not applicable. Can't fault it at all.
The whole stay was excellent ,the place and especially the staff.
Nothing
Staff were brilliant
Wasn’t much choice for breakfast, no Fruit no yogurts, only sliced bread, no bus
The grounds and building were lovely.
The bedrooms need refurbishing as they are very old looking. Spoilt the stay by having to wait an hour and half to be served the evening meal.
Food was exceptional, both the evening meal and the breakfast. The location is lovely and quiet with nice grounds to either wander in or just sit and relax.
The room we had (No. 21) was basically at the top of the property and with the exceptionally hot weather was a little uncomfortable. A fan was provided but nothing like a good air conditioner.
Period building, clean and well maintained with good furnishings
We stayed one night, check in was easy online before we arrived.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful, it was during the hot weather and I asked if they would be kind enough to freeze ice packs me and this was no trouble.
The room was on the smaller size but was good. Kettle and tea/coffee and biscuits 😜
The bed was comfortable, the only feedback would be it’s currently amber weather warnings and was 29 degrees outside when we checked in, the bed had a lovely thick duvet, a sheet with it would have been appreciated (I’m being picky).
The shower was powerful and the shower gel etc provided was lovely. Towels were a good size and fluffy.
We did not have breakfast as we went to Ellesmere parkrun. For information it’s only 15mins away and if your a 30/35 minute runner you can get back have a shower and check out for the 10:30 check out time. We felt this was early but we worked around it.
The setting is beautiful and the bedroom looked recently refreshed. Great breakfast and lovely staff.
We arrived on a Sunday and had booked a table for Sunday evening meal. Had to go and search for staff as there was no one around for quite a while. Service was a little slow though staff were lovely. They just seemed a bit understaffed on Sunday.
The long driveway unfortunately is a very bumpy ride in places. Potholes need filling in
Beautiful location. Lovely walks around the property. The hotel was full but didn’t feel like it. Plenty of room.
We’re in our 70’s and there’s no lift. It was a bit of a trek to our room up a lot of stairs.
I recently stayed at Inglewood Manor with my partner and it was the perfect break we needed from the hectic schedules we both have..
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by all the staff.
From reception to waiting on staff to housekeepers everyone was lovely.
We had a few drinks in the Lounge (bar was reasonably priced) before heading into the stunning Restaurant, that room is exquisite the wood gives it a very authentic feel and whilst dining you can imagine what it would have been like to live in such a beautiful house..
The views from the Restaurant are incredible the grounds are well maintained and it was so nice to just look out at all the wildlife..
we had lovely weather too so we took a walk around after dinner..
The food is great neither me nor my partner had any complaints, everything was fresh and cooked perfectly.
Waiting on staff was polite and attentive and very friendly without being imposing.
Our room was lovely it looked out to the back of the hotel and had a lovely 4 poster bed and double sink in the bathroom which was a treat!
Overall we had the most perfect stay and we will definitely be returning!
Beautiful building set in lovely grounds.
Comfy and cosy rooms and bed. Nice view from room and enjoyed the fact my room had a bath. The dining room is very grand and breakfast was delicious.
Cracked bathroom floor tiles and slightly tired paintwork and fabrics made room feel a little shabby and dated. Coffee at breakfast was weak and tasteless.
In the area for a family funeral allowing easy contact with others
