The staff were friendly and very attentive.
The evening meal and breakfast were very good.
Although sufficient, the room was a little small.
The evening meal menu selection was a little limited.
The staff were not really bothered about us at all.
Room was not clean
Not much else to say
Very expensive for what is provided
In lovely grounds
Under staffed
We had our Wedding here on 23/7/26 and oh my word was the day just perfect. The staff were just awesome. The weather was just stunning and the day as whole went so seamlessly. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Nothing seemed to be a bother. Thank you so much for being just amazing!
Wedding Day
Inglewood Manor delivered a world-class experience that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that you rarely encounter—the kind that transforms a beautiful venue into an unforgettable day. Every member of staff was faultless, combining precision, warmth, and genuine attentiveness in a way that made the entire celebration feel effortless.
The manor itself is breathtaking. The grounds are immaculate, the interiors elegant, and every space feels intentionally prepared to elevate your occasion. Throughout the day, transitions were seamless, timings perfectly judged, and the atmosphere consistently calm and refined. Guests repeatedly commented on how exceptionally well-run everything was.
Service during the wedding breakfast was polished and perfectly paced, with staff handling dietary needs and guest preferences with quiet confidence. Drinks service, coordination with suppliers, and the overall flow of the day were executed with a level of excellence that made us feel truly looked after.
Inglewood Manor didn’t just host our day; they enhanced it. Their commitment to quality, their attention to detail, and their genuine care for every guest made the experience extraordinary. If you’re searching for a venue that delivers luxury through service, not just surroundings, Inglewood Manor is exceptional.
First off we got married here in July which the location, gardens and staff we could not fault, they were great!
Our guests enjoyed a summer BBQ based outside in the sun. It was the middle of a heatwave which was tricky as the rooms were very hot and stuffy which was not ideal but we luckily could pre warn some guests to bring fans from home.
With that said, our ceremony took place outside in the walled garden which was absolutely beautiful. However, we checked multiple times with the venue and various staff members leading up to our big day that the speakers had been upgraded and would work which they all agreed. I had planned a really personal opening message from our child to be played at the start of the ceremony whilst she walked to her dad (which was a regular mp3 file that I had checked using my own speaker prior) along with our favourite sentimental songs for entrance, signing and exit. We, as well as all of our guests did not hear a thing which we are extremely disappointed by and a little heartbroken that a sweet moment was taken away from our big day. If we had been told earlier we could have brought a speaker of our own or come up with another solution.
We tried to not let it affect our day and had an amazing memorable day with all our family and friends. I would maybe have a sound test prior to your ceremony if it is outside like ours.
But thank you to all the staff who were so friendly, accommodating and helped our day go as well as it could have
Beautiful hotel and grounds in excellent location
Lovely weekend at our favourite Cheshire hotel. Lovely staff, comfy rooms and great food.
Excellent location, staff and rooms
Was like the photos on the booking
The Card Machine Was the Best Thing in the Hotel — and the Four-Poster Bed Told Everyone Our Business
We arrived at the hotel and, to be completely fair, it looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com.
Excellent. Strong start. Expectations intact.
Check-in was easy and the lady on reception was genuinely lovely — polite, friendly and interested in why we were staying.
We had already prepaid through Booking.com but were then asked for a credit card to secure the room, which seemed a little odd considering I’d already paid for it.
This, incidentally, would have been the perfect moment to say:
“Just so you know, sir, the hotel is completely cashless.”
Nobody did.
Remember that.
It becomes important later.
THE OAK ROOM
We had booked the Oak Room, apparently one of the grandest rooms in the manor.
No expense spared.
Anything to keep the wife happy.
The room was certainly in keeping with the exterior of the old Manor House.
Very traditional.
Very historic.
Although, if somebody installed a Stannah stairlift and started serving tea at 4pm, I reckon you could convert the whole building into a very convincing nursing home by Monday.
The bathroom, however, was much more modern.
Lovely shower.
Huge window.
Absolutely enormous window.
Which provided the ducks, geese and anyone passing outside with a spectacular panoramic view of my bare backside every time I got in the shower.
There may genuinely be a goose somewhere still receiving counselling.
I thought the window might be tinted.
It was not.
If you’re staying in the Oak Room, remember:
The wildlife is watching.
Then we came to the magnificent four-poster bed.
Now, looking at it, I thought:
“Excellent. Grand room. Four-poster bed. Wife’s happy. My luck could be in here.”
Romance was in the air.
Lights off.
Game face on.
And then we discovered the bed had another feature that wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com.
Was way to hot in the room and no fan or aircon
Country manor setting . It was a lovely room with a great view of the gardens
Ideal location for our work meetings. Will stay here again when next up in the area.
