The customer service was outstanding and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The space in the room was large. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff left plenty of towels and extra bedding.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast amenities. This is an area of improvement for this location. The size of the space, limited offerings, and overall freshness of the hot items were not up to the standards I am accustomed to at Hilton locations.

I was also a little disappointed with the furniture in the room, mostly the black of a dedicated living area separate from the sleeping area. The layout was off putting. For instance, I have never seen an entire table placed vertically in front of the television as if connected to it somehow. The commode was very low as if intended for small children.

There were some small details that were also slightly off putting. The shower curtain was a single panel. The floor mat reminded me more of a bath towel than an actual shower mat.

While the accommodations were more than adequate, I felt there was an overall lack of attention to details that make the difference between adequate and excellent. This location may be due fir a remodel and/or update.

Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

It was clean, gym was wonderful, location to Elon was wonderful! Delicious cookies on arrival! Breakfast was excellent. If on the run they have packed bags for you!! Best hotel!! However, I did get a strange $1.98 charge hours after checkout. I checked out at 8:00am and was charged at 12:30pm???

Short stay to come into town for a funeral.
Pros:

Facility was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Location was ideal for our trip. After some very stressful days, having the Outback right there made it easy to get something to eat.

Cons:

Breakfast was the bare minimum. While the room was large a spacious, it lacked any privacy. There was no soda available in the market.
