Updated property. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet. Climate control in the room was very responsive and easy to adjust. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating with requests and used SMS updates which was a surprise. All things I value.
Mattress needs a topper, I like a softer bed and this mattress was firm.

Really nice location, great staff, and I was happy to find out about check out being at 12.
The beds were not that comfortable. When I went to sleep I just got snuck into the center of the bed.
Comfy beds, great pool, delicious breakfast, awesome water pressure in shower, and super friendly front desk staff.
Room needs a light in middle area. Sitting on floor to play games with my granddaughter, it was hard to see even with all the available lights on. We almost moved the floor lamp to other side of sofa.

I do not have a single complaint about our stay here! The Elon graduation swag and cupcakes were so thoughtful and unexpected!

It was clean and the stay was kind
The customer service was outstanding and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The space in the room was large. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff left plenty of towels and extra bedding.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast amenities. This is an area of improvement for this location. The size of the space, limited offerings, and overall freshness of the hot items were not up to the standards I am accustomed to at Hilton locations.
I was also a little disappointed with the furniture in the room, mostly the black of a dedicated living area separate from the sleeping area. The layout was off putting. For instance, I have never seen an entire table placed vertically in front of the television as if connected to it somehow. The commode was very low as if intended for small children.
There were some small details that were also slightly off putting. The shower curtain was a single panel. The floor mat reminded me more of a bath towel than an actual shower mat.
While the accommodations were more than adequate, I felt there was an overall lack of attention to details that make the difference between adequate and excellent. This location may be due fir a remodel and/or update.
It was clean, gym was wonderful, location to Elon was wonderful! Delicious cookies on arrival! Breakfast was excellent. If on the run they have packed bags for you!! Best hotel!! However, I did get a strange $1.98 charge hours after checkout. I checked out at 8:00am and was charged at 12:30pm???

Super easy to check in and staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Convenient to restaurants but also had a mini market.
