Pros:

Début de séjour un peu compliqué.. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions vu sur le site, elle était très petite tout comme la salle de bain. Cependant, au bout du troisième jour nous avons pu changer de chambre, qui correspondait totalement à nos attentes (grand lit confortable, chambre spatieuse, balcon avec très belle vue, frigo, climatisation), salle de bain légèrement petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner, buffet très bon. Extérieur très beau, piscine agréable avec un coin bar ou l'on peut commander nourriture et boissons. Petit bémol, le jaccuzi n'est pas accessible, il n'y avait pas d'eau. Bon emplacement un peu excentré mais calme, mer à 15 minutes à pied, centre de Perissa accessible rapidement à pied ou en voiture. Autre point positif, le personnel vraiment très gentil.

Pros:

This property is very old, I was very disappointed in the rooms the bathrooms the pool area etc. I change the room twice because of the condition but each time was the worst. I don’t recommend this property I don’t think has more than one ⭐️

4 Stars is very misleading
Pros:

Evelyn on Reception was wonderful. However, the hotel is not the quality of 4 stars. There was no phone in my room, the room was in poor condition, old bed base and bathroom mirror,the shower was too small to shower comfortably, didn't work properly as the rainfall head and handheld shower came on at the same time and was so old, the table tops were not clean. I was overall disgusted and left in the morning.

Looks better in pictures
Pros:

I messaged the owners twice to arrange for a transfer from the airport, as they offered that service in their listing for a surcharge, but they never responded and there was no one at the airport when we got there. There was one receptionist that was very helpful, other than that, the hotel and everything was subpar to what we thought we were getting.
