It was a perfect weekend getaway, both on property and in Porec!
Pros:

Room was renovated and clean. Check in was easy and timely. Kids club was convenient to use.

Qualità prezzo da rivedere assolutamente.

La posizione, il parcheggio comodo, la grandezza delle piscine e il cibo, vario e molto buono.

Sporcizia!camera trasandata, appena entrati c'era un appendiabiti a muro rotto molto pericoloso, ventola del bagno non funzionante, abbiamo richiesto la culla in prenotazione non l'avevano preparata, sapone del bagno non ricaricato. Siamo dovuti tornare in reception 3 volte nel corso di 4 gg per problemi alla camera. Mai successo in un 4 stelle e soprattutto a inizio stagione. Asciugamani mancanti e sacchetti del bagno non svuotati. Piscine assolutamente sporche, nessuno che passava a dare una spazzata durante il giorno: avendo piovuto la mattina, era tutto pieno di sporcizia di alberi e terra che portavano gli ospiti da fuori, piscina dei bambini incommentabile. Servizio bar serale inesistente con solo 2 camerieri affannati. Abbiamo bevuto il drink x 1h con bicchieri sporchi sul tavolo e siamo dovuti andare a prenderceli da soli. Mancanza di un kit minimo in bagno (cottonfioc, cuffia) non è assolutamente un servizio da 4 stelle. Per 400€ a notte assolutamente no

Bis auf den Abend sehr zu empfehlen 😃
Pros:

Sehr sauber, alle rundum freundlich. Leckeres Buffet, allerdings gab es abends sehr lange Warteschlangen. Vielleicht wäre es besser zwei Essenszeiten anzubieten. Tolle Poolanlage und innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Abends haben wir ein Programm vermisst (das war bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor 4 Jahren deutlich besser). Außerdem fiel uns auf, dass sehr viele Busse mit Senioren anreisten.

das zum Haus gehörende Bike-Center lässt seine Fahrräder mit einer Hochduckanlage reinigen, der Betrieb stört im Bereich der zum Park gelegenen Zimmer im Tagesverlauf erheblich durch häufiges ein- und ausschalten
