Zeer ruim appartement, met goede voorzieningen (goed uitgeruste keuken, fijn zwembad, voldoende parkeerruimte). Goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving van Orlando. Zouden zeker terugkomen indien we nogmaals Orlando bezoeken!

De locatie
De staat van de meubels; alle tafels voelen bijna uiteen en het bad in de slaapkamer was verstopt.
De horigheid van de locatie is vreselijk. Je hebt oorstopjes nodig om te slapen.
Wasmachine maakt heel veel lawaai in vergelijking met andere huizen/appartementen.
Shops nearby, feeling of being safe
This wasn't my first stay at the Blue Heron. I love this place. It's well located, the pool is large and heated, the apartments are well-equipped... Unfortunately, this time, I was disappointed. When I arrived, the sheets on the bed weren't clean. Neither was the main bathroom, for that matter: there was hair in the sink. The bathtub in the second bathroom left much to be desired. It was impossible to cook since the pots and pans were burnt and unusable. Furthermore, there were ants everywhere: in the bathroom sinks, on the kitchen counter... I saw one crawling in the bed. The first morning, there was one on my iPad, two or three in my phone case... And the biggest disappointment was that the patio door wouldn't open. It was broken, obviously, and no one had bothered to fix it. I reported everything immediately upon arrival on the evening of February 26th, with emails to prove it. I only received replies to my emails a few days later, and only after I spoke with the receptionist. Her email clearly had more impact than mine. Someone finally came to repair the door, clean the apartment, and do a vinegar treatment to get rid of the ants. When I asked for financial compensation, the owner initially told me we could have discussed it if I had reported the problems upon arrival instead of on the third night. I sent him screenshots to remind him that yes, I had reported them upon arrival. He finally offered me—after dealing with Booking.com, which cost me another half hour of my vacation—$100 in compensation. I found this offer insulting. All these inconveniences ruined the first few days of my short week-long vacation. I had to wash the sheets and towels myself to make sure everything was clean, I had to eat in a restaurant since I couldn't cook, and I couldn't enjoy the balcony, which is one of the main reasons I love going to the Blue Heron... I would have expected much more generous compensation.

It was absolutely breathtaking. Very peaceful : not noisy at all. Even the poolside music was chill. The views were stunning. Very convenient location. Loved that the amenities were available until 11pm.

Patio sliding door very hard to move needs maintenance badly, and don’t like dark bed sheets ! Sounds strange but it’s nice to see fresh white sheets makes everything feel clean ! Only a personal opinion, when there that dark always makes you wonder how clean they actually are!
Very clean room and nice pool, is a perfect resort easy location of disney and sea word ,epcot, universal ,island of adventure very nice i like this resort

large clean rooms, beautiful pool and walk ways, Dunkin and Mini Golf right out front. Neighbors properties are not as well kept.
Although we have enjoyed staying at the Blue Heron Resort for many years. (This most recent stay would be our 11th), unfortunately the unit that we were in this stay had some issues. The Vacasa rep was very responsive to our concerns and showed up in person to assist which was appreciated. They did offer some alternative options within the property, but we decided to check-out early and move to a new location since it was our 25th Anniversary trip. Even though, this unit did not meet our expectations, we have had 10 previous years where we absolutely enjoyed staying at the Blue Heron so we assume this was just a one-off fluke.
Everything looks just like in the picture. It was close to the parks and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again

Удобное расположение. Очень красивый вид с балкона. Хороший бассейн . В апартах есть все для комфортного проживания! Много полотенец))) и это важно при влажности и жаре ) было приятно, что при заезде собственник позаботился о мелочах - таблетки для посудомоечной, мусорные пакеты , вода)
Краны в ванной и душе уже сильно изношены. Полы оооочень грязные. Подушки могли быть получше )
