Atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

Tudo, pior hotel que já estive sujo, ser um prédio antigo não justifica a sujeira, roupas de cama encardidas, toalhas ásperas nunca viram um amaciante, os vidros da janecom sujeira de muito tempo, box do banheiro sujo muito sujo.

Equipe atenciosa e profissional, além do esperado. Localização excelente, com facil acesso aos pontos principais da cidade.. Café da manhã bem razoável, farto, com boas opçôes .

Cons:

À noite, com a familia reunida, com bebidas já servidas e pedidos feitos, houve impossibilidade de atendimento na cozinha do restaurante, por deficiencia de pessoal. Só comemos porque um garçom conhecia o funcionamento do forno de pizza e se dispôs a assar as unicas quatro pizzas pequenas disponíveis, o que fez muito bem

A localização é de fácil acesso. Os profissionais são educados e atenciosos.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionava. Não haviam trocado os lençóis no dia que chegamos. O serviço de quarto deixa bastante a desejar. Quando voltamos para o hotel o banheiro não havia sido limpo, os lençóis não foram trocados, os copos que usamos na noite anterior foram colocados na bancada e nem foram lavados. Não tinha secador de cabelo conforme anunciado.

Localização é ótima, atendimento dks funcionários, muito atenciosos, quartos com espaço, bom café da manhã, estacionamento com preço bem acessível...excelente custo benefício.

Cons:

Apenas que o ar condicionado, split não aquece, e o outro ar condicionado é antigo, e faz muito barulho.
