Pros:

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Karlovy Vary. The location is excellent, and I especially appreciated the building’s beautiful architectural style, which perfectly matches the charm of the city.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptional. A particularly nice detail was the additional toilet in our room, which added extra convenience.

The view from the window was stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection of high-quality options.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne Aussicht im 6. Stock auf den Fluss und Thermal-Hotel.

Cons:

Anreise: Meiner Hotel-Bitte um Abholung vom zentralen Bua-Bahnhof konnte nicht entsprochen worden, es sollte dort aber einen Taxistand geben. Das entsprach nicht den Tatsachen vor Ort. Wir bemühten und 2 Std. lang von diversen Bahnhofs Verkaufspersonal Taxi-Infos zu bekommen, nach langen hin und her telefonieren kam endlich ein Taxi (Preis bis zum Hotel nach Stadtrundfahrt 10 €). Es fällt auf das deutsche Infos Mangelware sind, so gewinnt man keine Gäste die gerne wieder kommen.
Zimmer Suite 602: Leider in zwei Etagen mit 5 Stufen aufgeteilt, war sehr umständlich da ein Kleiderschrank unten im Wohnzimmer war und im Schlafzimmer oben nur das (zu harte) Bett, 2 Sessel, ein Stuhl, ein Schreibtisch mit einer kleinen Schublade war. Der Zimmer-Kühlschrank (oben drauf ein kleinem TV). Nur 4 Privatsender am TV verfügbar. Oben auch das Bad, wo eine Duschwand oder Vorhang vermisst wurde. Wenig Möglichkeiten Hand- oder Badetücher zum trocknen aufzuhängen. An der Duschstange war unten die Befestigung lose und oben eingebrochen.
Das Wellness-Angebot ist schwach. Der Pool lächerlich klein (7,5 m x 4 m x 1.30 m tief) und zu kalt. Das Jacuzzi-Becken schwer besteigbar, die Sauna in unserer Woche war nur dreimal benutzbar und nur max. 80 Grad heiss. Der Ruheraum auch zu kalt und die Liegen nicht verstellbar.
Das Essens-Angebot war ausreichernd und durchaus abwechslungsreich, am Dessert und Salat sind Verbesserungen nötig (kein Eis, keine Frucht- oder Puddding-Creme, dafür viel Obst. Das ist zwar gesund aber Im Urlaub muss man ja nicht übertreiben. Die Getränkepreise sind ok, auch die Preisliste vom Zimmer-Kühlschrank (an Becherovka-Likör-Auswahl hat es nicht gefehlt).

Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Das freundliche Personal, das wunderschöne und große Zimmer sind besonders hervorzuheben. Der Flair vergangener Zeiten kann hautnah erlebt werden. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und gut.

Cons:

Badezimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Pool und Sauna waren nur an 2 von 3 Tagen nutzbar. Ersatzweise wurde ein Gutschein für alternative Badeanstalt ausgegeben. Leider definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Ein direktes Angebot von Wellness-Angebote für Gäste ohne Kuraufenthalt habe ich sehr vermisst.

Расположение прекрасное .
Но сам номер уже явно требует ремонта . И есть в отеле специфический запах , не приятный . Так же возле номера постоянно воняло сигаретным дымом .
Завтраки не понравились.
Персонал очень приветливый .

Pros:

La vista era genial desde el balcón y la habitación muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba miy bueno.

Cons:

El agua fría de la piscina. Capaz que es normal pero solo pude ir al jacuzzi porque me daba frío la piscina grande.
Cuando se llena de gente, no hay lugar para el jacuzzi o sauna.
No dan toallas para el piso luego de ducharte y te resbalás al salir de la bañera ya que tampoco hay vidrio o cortina y cae toda el agua y se moja todo el piso del baño.

Pros:

Сніданки були різноманітні, збалансовані, смачні. Тут навіть люди з вибагливим смаком зможуть знайти для себе смачну їжу. Розташування помешкання сподобалося тим, що колонади з лікувальною водою знаходяться недалеко і в той же час від автобусної зупинки можна пішки дійти, навіть з валізами. Поряд знаходяться торгівельні центри, де можна придбати все необхідне.
