Das Hotel ist in einem schönen alten Gebäude sehr gelungen integriert. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, was der zentralen Lage geschuldet ist.

Хорошее месторасположение. Доброжелательный персонал. Красивые номера.

Cons:

Пол в ванной очень скользкий. Такой пол обычно не кладут в санузлах. Это может быть опасным. Спа ни о чем. Тесно. Сауна абсолютно с голыми людьми и тут же вопят и орут дети в бассейне. И все это практически на одном пространстве. Как то это сочетание странно выглядит.

Top Lage, mit super Preis-Leistung, Familienfreundlich.

Das Abendessen war top, Personal freundlich, kompetent und Familien freundlich. Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht, schönes Schwimmbad, mit Gegenstromanlage und xxl Whirlpool. Preis-Leistung TOP!!!

Cons:

Die Madratze war sehr hart, Schlafsofa quitschte beim rumdrehen. Frühstück ausbaufähig, keine Tomaten oder Paprika/Gurke zum Rührei. Keine Pancacis/Waffeln. Leider kein Cappuccino/Latte Macchiato.

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville et profiter des soins.
La chambre immense
Le Apfel strudel au petit déjeuner

Le canapé lit largement fatigué et grinçant au moindre mouvement
Le personnel parle essentiellement russe et un peu allemand. L’anglais serait nécessaire pour ce niveau de prestation.

Skvělá poloha, ale hotel by si zasloužil citlivou rekonstrukci
Pros:

Hotel jsme si vybrali především kvůli skvělé poloze během Mezinárodního filmového festivalu v Karlových Varech – přímo naproti červenému koberci. To byla jednoznačně jeho největší přednost. Pokoj byl prostorný a hotel byl čistý. Oceňuji čisté ručníky, ložní prádlo i župany. Snídaně byla dobrá, bylo z čeho vybírat a rozhodně jsme neodcházeli hladoví. Líbilo se mi také, že hotel má svou historii a elegantní klasický charakter.

Cons:

Bohužel je na hotelu na mnoha místech vidět, že by si zasloužil rekonstrukci. Historický styl je krásný, ale místy už působí spíše opotřebovaně. Totéž platí i pro pokoj, zejména koupelnu a umyvadlo. Wellness a bazén na nás působily poměrně skromně, takže jsme je nakonec vůbec nevyužili. Snídaně byla spíše průměrná – výběr nebyl příliš široký a u některých potravin chybělo základní servírovací náčiní (například lžíce u ovesných vloček). Zklamal nás také welcome drink. Vybrali jsme si prosecco, ale místo něj jsme dostali nápoj, který chutnal spíše jako sladká perlivá voda než skutečné prosecco.
