A slice of amalfi heaven
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. What really makes this place special is that it’s family-run, and you feel that from the moment you arrive. At breakfast, you’re welcomed by the mum, while the sister and brother are both deeply involved—one running the restaurant and the other managing reception. There’s a genuine sense that this isn’t just a business to them; they truly care about your experience and take pride in helping you make the most of your stay, offering thoughtful recommendations on where to go and what to see.

The setting itself is spectacular. Sitting out on the terrace at breakfast, overlooking the ocean, is something special—one of those moments you don’t forget. The pool, admittedly, was absolutely freezing when we visited in April (I’d guess around 12 degrees!), though I imagine it would be perfect in the height of summer. I did brave it, but it definitely woke me up!

Food at the hotel is excellent in terms of quality, though it does feel priced more towards American tourists—so as a European, it can seem a little on the expensive side. That said, the standard of food, combined with the setting and service, still makes it a highlight.

The staff really stand out. A big shoutout to Dave by the pool, who was not only incredibly helpful but genuinely interested in guests—where they were from, their plans, their stories. Just a kind, warm person who added so much to the experience. The gentleman managing parking also deserves a mention—calm, patient, and unflappable, even after long days. Nothing ever felt like a problem to him.

As for the location, the town itself is very quiet, with not much nightlife. If you’re looking for more buzz, you’ll likely head elsewhere. Prices in the area are generally on the higher side too, which adds up when travelling as a family.

All that said, we completely fell in love with this place and would return in a heartbeat.

Cons:

If I had to suggest any improvements, they’d be minor. The music in the mornings felt a little out of place—more like a radio playing 80s hits, whereas something more relaxing or spa-like would better suit the atmosphere. Also, our room didn’t have a view, with a frosted door and access to the outside via a shared terrace. Given how stunning the surroundings are, I’d definitely recommend booking a room with a view if possible—it would elevate the stay even further

Stunning Amalfi Coast resort you'll never forget
Pros:

We spent 4 nights here as part of our 10 year anniversary trip and the resort left us speechless at times from the view, accommodations, staff, service, and food/drink. The views of the water and cliffs set the stage for an unforgettable setting. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast, snacks, and dinners on site were incredible. I 1000% recommend booking the Sofia Suite. It's absolutely worth it. A beautifully curated room down to every detail with a wake up view of the boats and water right from your bed. The balcony with cushioned loungers make you never want to leave your room. Make this hotel one of your stops along the Amalfi Coast.

A beautiful setting, outstanding views, all the comforts you’d expect or want.
Pros:

Amazing location! Being next to a small marina made it easy to get to Positano and Amalfi. The morning breakfast was fabulous and we had dinner here 1 night…delicious! Staff so sweet and accommodating. Very comfortable beds and quiet room. Our favorite hotel of the trip!

מלון מקסים באמצע רצועת החוף של אמאלפי שממוקם בדיוק באמצע בין פוזיטנו לאמאלפי.
המלון חצוב בחלקו בהר וזה מקסים ללכת במסדרונות שהן מנהרות חצובות בסלע בדרך לחדרים.
את המלון מנהלת משפחה נחמדה וחייכנית שנותנת שירות נהדר.
מקום מקסים למספר ימים של הרגעות בבריכה או אפילו רק במרפסת אל מול הים והנוף המדהים של רצועת החוף.
זוהי גם נקודת זינוק נוחה ברכב או באוטובוס לאתרים באזור.
יש גם את אחד הדברים הנדירים ביותר באזור שזאת חניה פרטית.
אסור לפספס את ארוחת הערב במסעדת השף של המלון.
ריזוטו כזה לא אכלתי בכל הטיול הארוך באיטליה.

Pros:

This is our favorite place on the universe. The Amalfi Coast has way too many tourists and Onda Verde is paradise with views you will never see again! Seriously, forget about Positano and Sorrento...if you need to go, take a water taxi. Again, our favorite paradiso!!!!

Cons:

More American tourists than our last stay, but, we are American LOL...difference is I speak fluent Italian and we prefer that experience without someone loudly ordering eggs and bacon when the Italian buffet is gorgeous!
